Many thanks for your enquiries, after 12 years I'm giving it a rest and selling up.
the government is making it too hard, and my family could do with some support.
I have to work out how to suspend/cancel my property.
It's been fun providing an alternative to hotel and motel impersonal settings.
They don't make it easy.

Perfect for us wanting to be near the cbd and not far from where our family live. So many choices for eating out drinking coffee browsing a book shop! Trans and buses on the doorstep. Just a shame the weather was so wet over Christmas and new year! Our property manager couldn’t have been more helpful meeting us at the start and very efficient folders in the house of everything you need to know whilst staying there. A lovely home - thank you!

Fabulous stay in the heart of Carlton
We had the absolute best time at this gorgeous place in the heart of Carlton. The house itself is stunning, spacious and so beautifully designed. The bedrooms were large and accommodating and the kitchen is filled with all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need and more. Everything was clean and the host was so personable and went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. Thank you!

Home away from Home
From the get go, Robert was an outstanding host. Answered every question and was so accomodating to ensure everyone had a seamless, safe and stress free trip. The house itself is a wonderful home away from home, a space you can tell has had a lot of thought & love put into it, to make sure guests feel comfortable. Everything from the fantastically equipped kitchen, super comfy beds with lush linen and the spacious yet cozy lounge - everything about Robs place was wonderful. He was so thorough with Covid safe protocols, ensuring peace of mind when we stayed. On top of this, the location is in perfect walking distance for a quintessential Melbourne experience. We cannot wait to book again for our next family trip. Thanks again.

Had an incredible New Years in this property! house was beautiful, in a perfect location, close to the city but still peaceful. surrounded by beautiful parks and a short walk from Lygon street. Fabulous place close to Lygon Street
Comfortable and spacious light-filled cottage in a great location, close to trams, Lygon Street, and the University of Melbourne. Private with views of greenery out of every window. Very responsive owner helped us out when our return flight was cancelled.

Ideal Stay
Great property and location, well cared for and very convenient to Lygon St area. Get spoilt, stay here. The only potential issue for some, is that parking is a little competitive in the street, but it is free with the supplied on street parking passes. I'll be back.

Wahroonga in central Carlton is a lovely property, highly recommended.
This property is wonderful, the location is convenient, it is spacious, comfortable, well organised, clean and very well equipped. It was lovely to meet Robert on arrival, he explained the set-up personally and gave us a great introduction to the facilities and location. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Melbourne and would not hesitate to book it again.

Lovely home with all the little things thought about
We stayed at Wahroonga with our two young daughters. There was plenty of space for us all. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything to cook meals there. The host met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. We would definitely come back. Great location, we visited the vic markets, the museum and enjoyed Lygon street.

Catch up in Melbourne
The house was exactly as listed and perfect fir our 3 week stay in the city catching up with old friends. We were able to have friends over as the house is well equipped. It’s also a great location for walking out to shops and restaurants as well as the trams to all parts of the city. So definitely recommend it and would hope to stay again.

Excellent and beautiful property
We arrived and were greeted by the very kind owner. We were shown around and presented with a gift basket. The home is very spacious and warm. There were 5 adults staying but there are fiercely for families with young children. The house is located close bus and trams and about 40 min walk to the city. There are lovely cafes and restaurant very close there is a Woolworths 5 min walk. It is close to the old Melbourne gaol and parks . It a very clean home with plenty of room. Not far to the children's animal farm it worth a look.

Fantastic House
We had the most amazing stay at this house it is beautifully furnished and feels like a home away from home. Robert is very helpful and friendly and can provided you with places to eat and things to do in the city. The location is a dream and my family never wanted to leave.

Just What We Were Looking For
Our family had the pleasure of stay at Wahroonga for several days while attending a wedding and it was just what we had been looking for. The house is very comfortable, quite, well equipped and light and airy. The living areas were great for the family to mix and the garden area was perfect to unwind in. The location is really central and the surrounding streets felt safe even late at night. We had two cars with us and parking in the street out front worked out well and keeping to the time limits was not really hard to do. Making the booking, payments and getting the key to the house were easy and the bond was returned within a day. We intend staying at Wahroonga again.

Eclectic 'Home Away From Home'
From the moment we set foot in the door at 'Wahroonga' we felt like it was our own place for the time we were there. The eclectic interiors give a very homely comfortable feel and the place was immaculate but not clinical.
