Short Stroll to the Beach

Now with fast NBN50 internet connection with WiFi with Netflix (reasonable use policy applies).

House features:
- 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. 3 queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds.
- Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning
- Two bathrooms, one with bath, continuous instant gas hot water

- Fully functioning kitchen with gas cooktop.

To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee.

We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors.

OPTIONAL LINEN FEES:
- Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay.
- Single bed sheets, 1 pillowcase, one towel and hand towel - $15 per stay.

The house is designed for your privacy and comfort with bedrooms in each corner of the house. Sleep the kids on one side of the house with the parents on the other.

Ideally located in an quiet street. Just a short drive to the main strips of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. 2 minute walk to Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club which has an amazing swimming and surf beach.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Learn to surf just meters from your stay or take the bike path to Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa or Victor Harbor.

Come home to a relaxing barbecue and put your feet up admiring the hills or the beach.

Pets can be negotiated. We are willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours.

Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

4adults 35-70 4kids 4-12 all of us loved it. Plenty of room, good facilities and owner very helpful,just a good bloke. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous place to accommodate a family getaway close to everything including a nice stroll to the beach having 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds and the bunks for kids was wonderful as we are not little people Being fully closed in the backyard was excellent for the children to play

Fabulous beach holiday
This lovely house is super comfortable with a great floor plan, central living area, with 2 bedrooms on either side and 2 bathrooms. The back yard is grassy and fenced with a lovely table and chair setting for outdoor eating. 2 min walk to Chiton surf beach and the surf club where you can get breakfast and meals some days. Beds comfy and host easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous long weekend stay. outdoor eating.btweebedrooms

NYE Visit
Loved the layout of your house ... it really suited our group and was a perfect venue to celebrate NYE. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of serving platters, salad bowls, mugs, glasses etc. Fantastic location and such a bonus to be able to have our pets with us too. Many thanks!!

We had a great little 2 night stay, there was plenty of room, great backyard for the kids to run around, the beds we used were comfortable and loved that we could hear the waves crashing on the beach from the house. Thanks for having us.

Perfect place to get away from it all. Top layout of the home with everything provided. Great communication with easy to follow instructions. Secure yard and pet friendly so even our dog could have a lovely holiday. Will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Hayborough - great layout for a holiday house and nice to be able to take the dogs with us. there was a nice enclosed back yard and plenty of space inside.

Our stay in Chiton was fantastic, The layout of the house was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was excellent and the living areas were perfect for our stay.
