Knottapharm - A peaceful country retreat

Knottapharm is made up of three pavilion style cottages with large covered balconies. Two of the pavillions have bedroom and bathroom facilities.

The first pavilion has two large rooms with king size beds and the second has one large room with a King Size Bed, a bunk room with four single beds and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The third pavilion consists of a family room, kitchen, powder room and lounge.

The kitchen is a fully equipped and includes extras such as a microwave, food processor, blender and serving trays.

Other facilities include open fire place (except summer), large BBQ, Star Link Wi-Fi, stereo, washing machine and dryer.

There is no mobile telephone reception by any carrier in the valley. You can enable your mobile phone to receive internet calling.

All towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are supplied.

Outdoors and Wildlife

The property is set on 25 acres with the house surrounded by 2 acres of cleared land and the rest consisting of uncleared forest. A creek runs through the property and makes for a lovely walk. If you are lucky you will get to see wallaby, wombats, lyre birds, platypus, deer and goannas.

The property backs onto The Great Northern Walk providing a more challenging hike.

There is paintball approx 20 mins drive away (to be booked by appointment)

"The Springs" golf course at Mangrove Mountain is approximately 30 mins away.

Central Coast Adventure Park is approximately 20 mins away.

For mountain biking enthusiasts the Ourimbah Mountain Bike Trails are only a short 20 minute drive away.

The closest shop is approximately 10 minutes drive at the Yarramalong village stocking limited supplies and petrol. If you require more substantial supplies Tuggerah Westfield is approx 35 mins by car.
