Our townhouse is walking distance to the city center, Rupp Arena, and plenty of restaurant and dining options. You’ll love our cozy townhouse a few blocks from downtown Lexington. It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our cozy 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhome has two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 6. The Roku TV has basic Cable, Hulu, and Netflix.

Great Location

We stayed for a week. It’s close to the downtown area but off the road enough to be quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Rupp Arena, Lexington Brewery / Distillery and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful weekend

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Additional benefit was that each bedroom had its own full bath. Easy walking distance to downtown and within 100-200 yards of a wonderful brewery/distillery.

Excellent location and communication from owner

Very clean- but dated. A fresh coat of paint and perhaps vinyl plank flooring to replace the carpet might freshen it up. The location and floor plan was perfect for our stay and would stay again.

Walkable to downtown

Spent a few days here with a friend. Liked that each bedroom had a private attached full bath. Close to downtown Lexington, was able to walk to downtown area within 10 minutes

The unit was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The unit had everything we required for our stay. Bourbon Trail Weekend

Property is located near several distilleries. Very convienient for the tours. Rupp Arena was within walking distance so this would be a good option during Wildcat basketball. Clean and spacious. Check in and check out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Could have been better!

I've used VRBO for many a year...20 years to be more exact... and never posted one complaint. Photos were accurate. Location was great. However, attention to detail left a lot to be desired. Fireplace is merely for decorative purposes. Outdoor space was a horrible disappointment. Quality of towels was poor...one washcloth was provided for the use of four people and, subsequently, was told that more could be found in the dryer. Dishes and silverware inadequate. Microwave stopped working on Day No. 2 of 5. Discovered a countertop microwave in a closet and used it.

Perfect Place

Our group of 6 stayed at this property while we were in town for a bourbon tour, concert, and general checking-out a new area. We had an absolute blast. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect walking distance to a couple places we went and a very easy Uber to the rest. Communication with Ben was excellent. The only recommendation I have would be some sort of dresser, even a small one, in the bedroom at the top of the stairs. I didn't pay attention if the other bedroom had one or not, but my husband and I tried to live out of our suitcase for the weekend and that became very disorganized very quickly. It wouldn't stop us from staying here again, just would be a nice addition. 10/10!

Breeders Cup @ Keeneland

The condo was perfect for a weekend at the races. It has been a family tradition to take my father to the Breeder's Cup and this year was no different. The condo was perfect for sleeping 4 adults and 2.5 year old. Good sized living room, kitchen and bedrooms. 15-20 minute walk to all of the prime restaurants and only a 15 minute uber ride to Keeneland. We would stay here again.

Great location

Walkable to downtown/ Rupp arena, felt safe, plenty of room, good price, soft sheets and comfortable bed. For those who like fancier places, this may not be for you, but a solid place to stay. (As my husband said, it’s a little “tired” in places and has very squeaky floors upstairs). We would definitely stay here again! For the price, so much better than a hotel and you can’t beat the location.

Convenient and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at Ben’s Woodward Heights townhome. The property is tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked. The convenient location is in a nice residential neighborhood with off-street parking. Light sleepers and families with small children may be disturbed by the occasional fire and ambulance sirens (the station is just one block away). However, it was infrequent and we were not terribly bothered by it. We would stay here again.

Birthday weekend

Overall, the stay was fine. A few suggesions....need more silverware and coffee cups. Had to wash utensils all the time. We only had 4 of us in our group but definitely not adequately equipped. The faux leather recliner needs to be replaced as it is peeling and worn. The back patio is a mess and needs a complete cleanup. Ben was great to work with, however.
