Perfect little home and so much to keep the little minds entertained. From the supplied breaky, feeding the sheep, saying hello to the chickens or walking through the secret gardens to play in the cubby house. Will 100% book here every time for a stop over or little getaway. This was perfect for our two very energetic boys. Thank you Cathy for being the most welcoming host!!
Amazing piece of paradise to break up our long jouney
Gum gully was just incredible and a gem worth coming back to. The room was made up with little touches that showed the hosts cared about our stay. Beds were comfortable and a range of breakfast options. Colouring for kids and some easter eggs and hot x buns topped it off (we arrived on good friday). The best part though was the incredible garden which cathy and stewy took great pride in. Our kids delighted in exploring it and got taken round to feed the menagerie of fish, sheep and chickens in the morning. Its simply one of the most amazing gardens I've ever seen made up of an eclectic selection of antiques and vintage cars interspersed with a jungle of plants. Its enormous with interesting hideyholes, creative ideas, little surprises and little finds, carefully tended over years of attention and love. We would absolutely return and will use this as a break on the road for future trips.
Clean, tidy with welcoming touches. The garden was a delight to walk around in the morning and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing bad to say and highly recommend a stay !
Thank you Carol for a lovely stay at your B & B. It was everything we needed and the beds were luxurious. We were able to have a home away form home and we absolutely loved your interesting garden too.
My husband and I spent two very relaxing nights at Cathy’s place. Cathy was really friendly and welcoming. The room (and bed) was extremely comfortable and there was a good selection for breakfast. We also enjoyed the special treat of shortbread biscuits on our arrival. Overall we were very impressed by the quality of this B&B and would definitely stay here again.
