Tranquil Bay Bliss @ Rosedale

Rosedale is one of South Coasts best kept secret. Come sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches and walking tracks the South Coast can offer.

Tranquil Bay Bliss has plenty of room for the family. With a large open flowing rumpus room, filled with table tennis and plenty of board games, you and your family will be sure to have endless hours of fun together.This property is only stones throw away from a little private beach often only visited by locals.

To ensure your comfort the house is fitted with two recently renovated bathrooms, a reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, large LCD TV, DVD player, free WiFi Internet, table tennis, board games, BBQ and outdoor setting. The kitchen is supplied with a large sandwich press and blender making breakfast a breeze. Linen and Towels are provided.

This property is also pet friendly. With an fully enclosed yard so you don't have to worry about your "best mate" slipping through the gaps. Also provided is a large dog kennel. Rosedale Beach is a dog friendly beach. Unleashed dogs are allowed on the southern end of the beach and leashed dogs on the northern end of the beach from 5pm to 9am in summer (1 November to 30 April) and for 24 hours 1 May to 31 October.

REMINDER:

We do supply linen and towels. Advertised price includes all linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning.
All linen and towels are cleaned in house by the cleaner after every stay. Unfortunately, we do not supply portacot and beach towels. If you wish to bring your own linen and towels, please let us know.

Comfortable coast accommodation
This house was superbly located about 1km from the beach. We walked to the beach despite the hill. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very thoughtfully equipped and the spice cupboard held everything you could want, also salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee. The boys loved the table tennis.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. The area was close to beaches and cafes. Tranquil and calming. Our kids loved the table tennis and bunk beds! Our cavoodle, Winnie was also very happy with her surroundings. Layla was a fabulous host - very accommodating. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

Enjoy the calm amid the butterflies and birds on the South Coast
Lovely holiday home with plenty space. Well stocked with bed linen, kitchen items and games. Relax on the verandah listening to a wide range of birds. Watch the butterflies that are everywhere. Easy walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful with hardly anyone around. Easy distance from Moruya, Mogo and Batemans Bay. It really is a tranquil place!

This house is in a very tranquil spot in Rosedale, it's very quiet and there are some great walking trails around the area. Rosedale beach is beautiful, it's such a hidden gem of an area. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The ping pong table was a hit!

We loved this quiet, tranquil location. The house was exactly as described and photographed, comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved the short walks to 3 beautiful beaches, two of which were secluded and private. We were often the only ones there. We would definitely return to this lovely property again. Thankyou.

If this place had a pool it would be the best property for families. We had family staying in other property in the street and ours was the best by far. We had wifi when no one else had it. Table tennis was a massive hit. Very spacious and comfortable. The renovated bathrooms were spotless. Thank you Lyla

Smelly and dark
The property was very smelly, dark and required maintenance. There were down lights hanging down from the ceiling, blinds not working, fridge leaking and no towel rails in the downstairs toilet. Despite the bed being comfortable there was only a heavy doona as covering. The layout of the property was not functional with the television sitting area very cramped.

Great location but beware of leaving dog hair
There's no denying it is a beautiful spot, as is all of Rosedale. However, we unwittingly incurred a $100 penalty as our dog clearly jumped onto the bed (without us knowing) and left hair there. It wasn't the way we had hoped our holiday would end. I would say that given this, the place is not actually that pet friendly.

Long weekend at Rosedale
My family of 5 adults and 3 toddlers had a terrific stay at Rosedale. The setting is wonderful in a quiet street surrounded by majestic trees. There are ample opportunities for walking through the forest to nearby beaches. The house was spacious both in the living and dining areas and the 4 bedrooms. The separation of the main bedroom from the 3 upstairs bedrooms worked well for us. And we really enjoyed eating meals on the outdoor deck.
