This spacious corner condo has plenty of room for all your family and friends. And with all the amenities provided and its premiere location, you won’t have any trouble finding things to do! Please note there is a 1 month minimum stay.

The open floor plan of Royal Pelican 381 makes it easy for everyone to gather and mingle. The large living room has plenty of seating and an HDTV for your pleasure. It conveniently opens onto the screened lanai where you can view all the canal’s activities and enjoy a tropical breeze. The Primary Suite with its huge king sized bed also opens onto the lanai. Just image watching beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your own bed!

Guests will be just as comfortable as you in the second bedroom with its queen sized bed. The sleep sofa also provides accommodations for additional guests. There are flat screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for everyone to get ready for the day’s activities!

The kitchen of Royal Pelican 381 is equipped with everything you need to make light work of meal preparation. All the utensils and gadgets necessary are provided. And with a large table in the dining area, a bar area, a table in the kitchen and one on the screened lanai, there is plenty of seating for all your guests to enjoy a meal at the same time. No shift eating here!

The convenience continues as Royal Pelican 381 has free Wi-Fi. Stay connected with family and friends throughout the condo. You can check email or make dinner reservations from anywhere within the unit. Be sure to update your status and let friends know what a great vacation you are having!

There is a full sized Washer/Dryer combo available within the unit and an elevator inside the building allows you to come and go with ease. Royal Pelican 381 is a non-smoking rental and for our guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.

The Royal Pelican complex provides many amenities for your pleasure. There are 2 in-ground swimming pools, one of which is heated. There is a shuffleboard court and a tennis court, a clubhouse, and private fishing docks and pier. The Royal Pelican is a popular active community with MANY social activities. You will have plenty of opportunities to meet new friends while enjoying time with family and loved ones!

Royal Pelican enjoys a premier location in the heart of Fort Myers Beach South Island! It is within walking distance to sandy beaches and gorgeous canals. If you are a golf enthusiast, be sure to bring your clubs. There are over 40 public and private golf courses in the Fort Myers Beach area. Just a short walk away is Santini Marina Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. Times Square is also close. Trolleys run north to south on the island making travel easy and affordable. Lovers Key State Park with it’s protected coastline and wetlands is also nearby. Of course, there are many water activities to choose from. Jet skiing, parasailing, and boating excursions are all available in the area. Royal Pelican has private deeded Gulf beach access.

With all these activities to choose from you better plan on staying for the entire winter! There is a monthly minimum for January, February, and March. This unit is not available April through December. There is a one time end of stay cleaning fee of $125.00, a security damage fee of $65.00, an amenity fee of 3.95% and tax is 11%.
