Amazing for location

We stayed in this villa for 19 nights in August 2024. The villa itself felt safe and was in a great location for the parks. A few things we were very disappointed with, the listing and welcome book states there is a phone in the villa but there was not, the villa listing also states there is a safe which again there is not. I had to contact the management team through email and they confirmed there has not been a phone or safe within the villa. Had we of known this before we probably would not have booked the villa. The pool was quite dirty with black marks around the edge of the pool and on the patio. I actually rubbed off some of the black mark from the pool with my finger. Otherwise the villa is very homely and we did feel very safe staying there. The check-in process was very easy. The kitchen is well equipped for use. On the whole we had an enjoyable stay.

Orlando Holiday

The property was as described and met all of our needs. The property listed a safe and BBQ but neither were available. On arrival we found that our allocated door code had been changed as we were on route,this was resolved after a call to the property manager but was very stressful after such a long journey.

Awesome Stay Highly recommended

We absolutely loved it here. It is close to everything. And even though it is next to busy roads and highways you never hear it inside. We will definitely look to stay her again.

Mediocre

The response from the host were somewhat timely leading up to the trip. After we had arrived we were after the check in time (check in was at 4 and we arrived at about 6) and our code we were given didn’t not work. We called the manager and there was no response, and I had to contact the host directly. After that we tried the code but the whole ordeal took a little over 10-15 minutes. The smell of the house when we walked in was overly strong. After entering the property the pool wasn’t cleaned before arrival and there were holes in the netting so there were a lot of bugs. The showers in the bathroom had looked like they weren’t throughly clean. There were 3 large stains in the carpet or the master bedroom. The blanket for the two twin beds felt gross, and like they were covered in fabric softener or something. Everything else was okay.

Overall was nice, pool water too low so it did not filter properly, pool deck and water was not clean, floors not cleaned well, many holes in screens. Close to amenities, easy checkin/out process.

Nice House for what we needed

My husband, teens, mother & I stayed here during a 4 day trip to Orlando. The house is close to grocery stores & within walking distance to Walmart. The road behind the house is a heavily travel road so there is noise when you are outside, but inside the house it is quiet. The heated pool was great for the kids in January. The sofa in the living room was not that comfortable, but we were not sitting there for hours on end. The only thing that was really an issue was there were no pans/skillets for cooking only pots. It was tricky making eggs in a pot for breakfast. Overall the house and location were great for what we needed.

Great family spot

The cleanliness of this house was excellent! Great pool and enough space for our family of 5. Super close to walmart which was a plus when getting food or a quick stop after the parks. Super close to the parks(Disney) as well. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries and communication was excellent!

Perfect vacation home

Family vacation

The house was super nice, everything you need for a mini vacation, the yard is big and pool very nice my kids love it. The only thing that house at night is was hot. But everything nice, good communication. Will definitely stay again thanks so much for everything.

Wonderful visit!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was immaculately cleaned! The house has a great layout and plenty of room for friends/family. There is a pack and play and a high chair for a baby. The house has everything you might need. It’s close to lots of things. Whether you want to go shopping at the outlets, go to Universal, go to Disney, or just want to get something to eat because you don’t feel like cooking. Only thing negative is the beds are firm, like other people have reviewed. But it honestly was not that big of a deal to us. We would definitely go back 😊

Clean house

The house was clean upon arrival. Located close to amenities and parks. Upon our arrival we realized the pool heater was not on. I made a phone call to property management and within an hour the guy showed up to turn it on. Great service. The master bedroom desperately needs a new bed.

Family stay

I had great communication with the property manager, but there are some issues with the property, such as gate entrance latch is completely broken, half the stove doesn't work,fence is in need of repair or painting,the sofa bed was so dirty couldn't even use it,couldn't tell if it was grass or weeds in the backyard,pool is not cleaned well. I had called the property manager about the issues and told them didn't have to send anybody to fix as we were not really using it.

Average and affordable

This property was clean, centrally located, and had all basic needslooked after. The beds are all terribly uncomfortable which made for sporadic sleeping. The King bed has a large lump in the middle while both sides hang significantly making it feel as if you are going to roll off the bed.

Spectacular!

My fam and I loved this property. It’s in a nice neighborhood, a pool to relax and chill. The place was immaculate- it smelled good! Lots of great restaurants and food trucks nearby. Highly recommend this home and we would stay here again!

Interior of house was clean but needs new beds. Not ones you can pick up with one hand. Security is lacking. Slider lock not working, security door lock on front door held on with 1 screw. Neighbor is definitely on the decline. It was nice to be so close to Disney, mideval times, old town and more.

Could be better, but overall was good

We had a good experience staying in this house. Good place, good house, and good neighborhood. The house was clean, but we had few problems. The two twin beds bedroom lights didn’t work, the pool light didn’t work, and on the last day, when we started washing our clothes to go home, we found out the hard way that the dryer wasn’t working. I contacted the manager, he answered right away, however he didn’t offer to resolve the problem. In other words we had to pack wet clothes to bring home. But overall, our stay was very good.

Absolutely perfect

Stayed here with my fiancé and our dog, and we had absolutely no issues. Property was clean, perfect location, check in was nice and easy, and house was perfect for pets! Pool was gorgeous, and backyard was private and nice. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be staying here again.
