Perfectly located in the ‘Golden Grid’, only a short stroll from the cafe’s, shops and beaches of bustling Byron Bay, Flori & Jack feels like a private sanctuary only minutes from the centre of town. With its large north facing deck and inviting, well appointed indoor areas, Flori & Jack puts you in the perfect position to experience all that Byron has to offer.

After a day’s adventure or beach excursion, come back and relax in the shaded hammock or outdoor lounge suite on the extensive covered deck. Sip a drink whilst looking out to the nearby trees, and bird life.

Flori will provide you with information about the house, and key codes for access before your arrival. She can also give you advice on anything Byron including personal recommendations on things to do and see, restaurants etc based on your interests. You just need to ask! She will also help you with any special requirements eg. Hiring of cots etc.


The Space

The large North facing wrap around timber deck offers the best in outdoor living with covered lounge, teak dining table, Weber BBQ and hammock. The expansive bifold French doors open the house completely to create a seamless indoor/ outdoor feel.

The open plan living area is bright and airy with high ceilings, polished timber floors and has both a large ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The furniture, lighting and finishes are contemporary and beautifully coordinated to create a feel which is spacious, light, stylish, relaxed, and simply easy to enjoy.

This 3-bedroom house sleeps 6 people and has 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioners. The large master bedroom enjoys a walk-in robe, contemporary ensuite bathroom and a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix.

NBN Wifi makes for excellent high-speed streaming and internet access.

With its stunning feature wall, the main bathroom has a magnificent free-standing bath and separate shower.

The living area includes a 60 inch Samsung Smart TV with Chromecast ( Netflix) and Samsung Soundbar. There is an additional 40 inch SmartTV set in Bedroom 2 with Netflix .

While everything you may need is in walking distance from the home, the automatic gate and carport allow for easy parking and a few under cover steps into the house.

The fully fenced property is perfect for families with grassy areas on the front and sides of the house. A refreshing outdoor shower also makes washing beach sand off or cooling down in hot weather easy and convenient.

The house has a solar hot water system, water tanks which store rainwater for toilet flushing and garden use, and ceiling fans in all rooms as an alternative to air conditioning. Byron Bay supports waste recycling providing three coloured bins outside including a small organic food waste bin kept below the sink, all with instructions on the fridge.

Note to guests. For security reasons there are two small outdoor security cameras located 1) in the carport area and 2) in front of the house facing the driveway. These cameras are only active when the house is unoccupied.

What a wonderful base for Bluesfest week - close to the Bay Grocer, the beach and Byron town centre- very relaxing! Sliping off to the beach for a refreshing dip before preparing breakfast in the well appointed kitchen and eating on the sun-soaked deck is our idea of bliss. The security gates are easy to operate leaving you with a feeling of complete safety while we enjoyed all the Byron Bay Bluesfest had to offer. We returned exhausted each night and slopped onto the comfortable sofa’s and discussed the music acts and experiences we had enjoyed. A terrific time was had by all! Wow! What a treat it is to stay once again at Flori & Jacks. Our stay last easter was brilliant but has been somewhat surpassd this year. The location is the best in Byron Bay being close to the beach, accessed by a wonderful walk close to Green Garade if you need any goods and great coffee. It is just far enough away from the noise of happy revellers and visitors to have a peaceful stay if that’s your thing. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience staying at Flori & Jack beach house. We were planning on walking to the house when we arrived on the bus in Byron but we were pleasantly surprised when Jodie, the Concierge, picked us up from the bus station and took us on a little tour of town! She made us feel incredibly welcome and gave us a lot of local tips - the best places to eat, the best beaches and the best sunset spots. The house is beautiful and our room was clean and exactly as pictured, plus it’s only five minute’s walk from the town centre! Jodie even drove us back to the bus stop and let us leave our luggage at the house after check-out since our bus left in the late afternoon. We had a great weeks stay here. We knew Byron Bay so knew we wanted to stay in this nice area. The house was great, it had all the amenities you could think of (including reliable and fast internet). We spent time cooking, BBQing, relaxing in the hammock and chilled on the outdoor couches. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, both on arrival and departure.
