SPECTACULAR OCEAN FRONT CONDO/AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS

Amazing ocean and river views from all angles of this highly desired Ormand By the Sea, 4th Floor Condo. This beautiful, newly remodeled unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, split floor plan, updated kitchen and baths, stainless appliances, dining area with a wet bar, wine fridge, full size washer/dryer and spacious living room with 50 inch LED TV, cable and high speed WiFi. The onsite amenities include a pool, sauna, tennis courts, club house, shuffleboard and private beach access.

Brilliant views of the ocean and beach, watch the sunrise from both the master bedroom and living room balconies. Enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets from the front balcony and guest bedroom. Relax and enjoy the sound of surf and feel the cool ocean breeze rejuvenate you.

The new kitchen awaits you with top of the line appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room makes laundry a breeze.

You can lay in the master suite with its private bath, separate vanity and large dressing room and open the private slider door and hear and watch the waves as you relax in a king size bed. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and views of the Halifax river. All linens are provided, bedding is high thread count and appointed with plush mattress toppers and fluffy comforters.

The large swimming pool is reserved for guests only, chaise lounges, table, chairs and umbrellas are available for your enjoyment. Get some exercise by playing tennis on the private court and then relaxing in the clubhouse sauna. This unit has it all.

Minutes to all of the regional attractions - Orlando and Disney/Universal is an hour drive. Daytona is just minutes away, St. Augustine is a quick 30 minute drive. Tomoka State Park, a 2,000 acres birding, fishing and hiking paradise is just five minutes away.

Ormond Beach is the Crown Jewel of Volusia County that is rich with history, natural beauty and a thriving "main street" area. Originally established as a tourist haven for the rich and famous, Ormond Beach continues to impress. Great dining and shopping is just minutes away. You get all of the amenities, but you don't have to deal with the traffic and touristy feel of Daytona.

Peaceful getaway

The condo was perfect! The unit was very clean and sufficiently stocked as well as spacious. Jim and Linda were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any question. Nice stay

The owners very easy to work with. Beautiful master bedroom. Enjoyed the shower in guest bedroom a lot more than the one in the master bedroom.

Very nice and clean.

We enjoyed our vacation. it was quite and not crowded. The only negative thing I could say was the ice maker was not working and I would have liked to known it before I arrived.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

The property is exactly what we expected and were hoping for. It was secluded and quiet. The views were amazing. We had the beach and the pool mostly to ourselves. The condo was fully equipped with cooking/kitchen equipment and beach toys, chairs, etc. Thank you!

Perfect little getaway

This convenient location provided an easy access to the beach and onsite pool. The owner was super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was nice to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys etc. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated, and had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We enjoyed our coffee every morning with a view of the ocean from the balcony. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway to the beach.

Beach daze was great

A small issue with our keys was resolved fairly quickly. The condo was very nice and clean. This is a good quiet area away from the craziness of Daytona but still convenient to the fun. The tv remotes all needed new batteries and there was a loud mechanical noise all the time on the back side of the condo (possibly related to pool equipment). Overall it was a great place that worked well for our girls weekend. Having two full baths but three sink areas worked great for us. Would stay here again and hope for better weather.

Wonderful home away from home.

We just got home today from all our travels and now got a chance to check emails. We can say we really enjoyed living there for the week! The weather was pretty good and got in some beach sitting which we love. Steve even got a chance to help out two fishermen who had snagged a Pelican with a fishing hook. Steve was able to throw a jacket over the bird while the fishermen disconnected the birds wing from the hook. The bird immediately flew away with no problems. So yeah Steve and the 2 fishermen ! We loved the view of the morning sunrises from the balcony. We also really appreciated the underground parking. This was a great feature for your condo. Although we had no idea what the little box was with the battery was, till Steve was talking to another resident and he mentioned about the parking in the basement with the use of the little box. So it would have helped to have know that before we got there. Your condo was very comfortable and it made us feel at home with all the features of a home. We loved the quest room's shower too !! We truly loved staying there and hope one day will be able to revisit Ormond beach and I'm keeping your information just in case. Thanks again Georgia Hammett

Relaxation

Property was exceptional. Nice neighborhood. Tremendous views. Condo was very clean and updated. The private beach was amazing and peaceful. Area is absolutely beautiful. Many public golf courses in the area as well.
