Neat and tidy 2 bedroom holiday cottage. 300 meters to the Beach - Dolphin road boat ramp, car park, toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals and has all styles of glasses and platters for entertaining.

TV and movies and a book shelf full of books, magazines and games.

All the beds will be freshly made up for your arrival. There will be bath towels and mat, tea towels and hand towels. Hand wash at sinks, dish washing liquid, wipes and bin bags for your use.

Amazing stay

We had a week long stay at Tracy’s house. House is exactly as described and was perfect for our family. It was our second stay at this home. It is very well located only 5 min drive into Busselton town and 20 min drive to beautiful Dunsbrough. We will defiantly be back.

Great little getaway

Well presented property with everything you need for a little family getaway. Conveniently located along the Bussel Hwy, allowing you to ride the bikes into town.

Great place, in a great area

Simple, great for families/kids, not crowded, heaps parking, well fitted out, functional kitchen, shirt walk to a fabulous beach. Tracey was an excellent host. No issues with check in. Would come back again in area.

Perfect spot for getting to all the great spots

We had a 2 night stay so our kiddies could compete in a triathlon in Dunsborough. It was nice and close to Dunsborough and a little gem. We knew there would be a little bit of noise from the main road, but this really only started in the morning and we didn't notice it in the evening. The property was really relaxing and we loved the games that were provided for our evenings. Tracy was a great host with quick repsonses. We would definitely love to stay again to visit the area.
