Tropic Schooner is a great location for an affordable winter vacation. Located in a quiet, peaceful community just north of Marco Island. The community is just a 5 minute ride to the wonderful beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants of Marco Island, Isle of Capri and Naples.

This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo unit provides generous living space at 1,043 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and a screened in patio.

The community also features many amenities and recreational facilities like their 2 beautifully designed swimming pools, spa area, large lanai, fully equipped kitchen, picnic area and BBQ grill, and 4 lighted tennis courts.

Out dated furniture

Furniture was very old throughout the condo. Needs updated. Excessive amount of owners stuff in closets and kitchen cabinets. Only four plates and silverware. Purchased bowls and plates I order to have guests. Will return next year as became accoust
