The Resort is the Signature at MGM Grand, with 3 towers connected by short walkways. The unit is in Tower 1, which is best for being closest to the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, with a pool, gym and Starbucks directly downstairs.

The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Booking with us is the best value, you actually get the featured unit and view, on top of fantastic Resort amenities with no Resort fee (saves $44 per day!) :

Perfection!

One of the best places! Our stay was fabulous to say the least! Our host was amazing at communicating and very welcoming. I did have to clean the tub before I was able to get in it. I voiced my concerns with it needed a deep clean and the drain needed fixed and the host was ON TOP OF IT!! 10/10 recommend

Short walk to monorail located in the mgm grand, making travel accessible, along with many amenities within walking distance. Perfect way to be on the strip without being on the strip. Awesome view of mountains and strip from balcony.

Great locatrion, great property!

Came with family for a wedding, everything was as great sa could be with COVID restrictions still in place. WE will not travel agian tioll this is over with. But the room was great, not so great living without housekeeping!!The parking didn't work out so well for my 85yo Mom, as we had ti partk at Tewoer 2 and walk to Tower 1, a little much for her, beut we managed. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Over looking a dumpster

The stay was nice. The room was clean and comfortable but the view sucked. It was described as having a balcony overlooking the Strip but the only thing we saw from our sixth floor window was a maintenance area.

I definitely enjoyed my stay. This suite was perfect for me. Great views and the owners were great!

Everything from check in to finding my way around Vegas was made easy. The room was as advertised and it is spacious!

Everything was perfect

When I said I dreaded packing up to leave I mean just that. I didn’t expect for this suite to be so perfect and welcoming. The host never needed to be contacted about any issues cause we never had any and will be returning n booking again...... the view the balcony n the jacuzzi tub was all I was looking forward too n bby it was everything but the bed was so comfortable that I sat down n ended up going to bed 😭

I loved staying at the MGM Grand Signature

The MGM Signature is probably the best hotel I've ever been in. My suite had a balcony with a beautiful view of the strip. And the suite itself was immaculate, clean and all furnishings are up to date. The bathroom is especially well laid out, with a jetted jacuzzi and a separate shower. I also liked that the toilet is closed off behind it's own door for extra privacy. My only complaint is that on the last weekend of my stay was that they allowed a younger group of people to book rooms on my floor and they had a party (which they advertised with a sign) stating "Entry fee-one jello shot". I had to call down to the front desk four times because of the noise and the adolescent games they were playing. Obviously these kids are taking advantage of the reduced rate of the rooms, because I hardly doubt they could ever afford a hotel like this at it's regular rate!! Other than that, the MGM Signature is very classy and beautiful. My host's who own the suite made sure that I was accommodated to everything I needed. I will definitely be one of their consistent client's. Thank you again Louis&👍💖

Very nice room.

We had a great stay. The room was very nice and surprisingly quiet . Close to the elevator and the walk way to the MGM. :) It was so easy to check in and get to the room. The owners are very responsive. :)

Great view Great location

The property was exactly as described and just what we were looking for. The unit was high enough within Tower 1 to see many of the large casino/hotels on the strip with the mountains in the background. The moving sidewalks between the Signature Tower and MGM Grand made the trip back and forth effortless. The building in general and this unit specifically were very clean and well maintained. My wife and I always felt safe and secure when traveling back and forth from our condo to dining and entertainment activities along the strip. The only downside was the pool was closed during our stay due to cold weather conditions.

The room was incredible!!! Note to future renters...google maps will bring you to the Polo Towers next door every time. The a/c didn't work, but it stayed between 68 and 70 degrees.
