The cottage is a freestanding building located at the back of our family home with it's own private entrance. We lead busy lives so you may not run into us at all but we are always available to attend to your queries.
The NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Coogee is in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney just 8km from the City centre. Perfectly located between Randwick Junction and Coogee Beach the cottage is truly a home away from home
Coogee Beach is a short stroll away. The beach is well known for its family friendly swimming and its night time party life. There is a lovely children’s playground close to the cottage.
Coogee has many local cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs - you will never be short of something to do during your stay. You can start the Coogee to Bondi Coastal walk from the house.
GETTING AROUND:
Centrally located close to all amenities. Walking distance to Coogee Beach, supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Walking distance to the Light Rail station which will take you to the Central Station and the CBD. The bus stops are 5 mins walk from the house with direct bus route to the city, Circular Quay, Central Railway Station and Bondi Junction.

If the booking is cancelled outside the cancellation free period, a refund will be provided by the host for the days the flat is relet.
HOUSE RULES:
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following rules:
The cottage overlooks the swimming pool. Use of the pool is not included in the tariff.
No parking on premises. Street parking is free 24/7.
For security reasons, confirmed names for all guests staying at the property is required prior to check-in.
No parties or gatherings of more than the 8 people in the property. Any non-guests must leave by 11:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm.
We have no smoking policy, either inside the apartment or anywhere on our property.
Please be mindful of the use of appliances and switch off all appliances when leaving the house.
Refrain from oily or stong odour cooking. An extra deep cleaning fee is applicable to remove strong odour from the property upon departure.
Leave the flat neat and tidy in the same state as when you checked in. The cleaning fees covers change of linen and towels, general cleaning of bathroom , kitchen and hard surfaces, dusting, vacuum and mop upon departure in accordance with airbnb guidelines. If the property is messy or there are stains on walls / carpets / cushions / linens, an extra fee will be requested depending on the additional cleaning or replacement/fixing fee (minimum of $50).
