As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

5 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern, Dual living areas stylish waterfront property located within walking distance to Surfers Paridise, golf club, Gold coast racecourse, shops, supermarket are under 3km to the beautiful gold coast beaches. In quiet col-de-sac street with secure parking for 4 cars. Located centrally in the heart of the Gold Coast. Great for families with large back yard for soccer/cricket/boules on artificial turf. Gourmet kitchen , Weber style Bbq.

You will love this home from the minute you arrive. This single level, open plan with a huge king furniture lounge, pool and tv in each room, foxtel included, Netflix and Stan. Hi speed Wifi included, easily walk to shops, restaurants and the beach or stay at home and fish off the pontoon. Catch Muddies off the jetty.

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

NO GARAGE access. There is plenty of off street parking behind locked gate for security for 4 cars one undercover.

You will have access to the whole house including 4 bedrooms, lounge room, BBQ, pool and yard.

BBQ must be cleaned or guests will be charged $50.

Loss off remote control will be $150 replacement charge.

Minimum 5 night booking period unless otherwise arranged with owner. Pets are allowed with prior approval. A $37 a night fee applies pet pet maximum of 2 pets.

NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.

- We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House

- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
A extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
