The apartment is family friendly and accessible (wheelchair) friendly. The apartment is secured by a digital swipe card to access the building and provides access to the apartment level. This adds to the reassurance of your safety while you stay in Melbourne.

• This apartment is also sometimes OUR home so please respect it as we will present it in a spotless condition for you also to enjoy
• No Smoking inside the Apartment (smoking is permitted on the Balcony)
• No Pets
• You will be charged a cleaning fee to cover reasonable cleaning costs. However if you leave the apartment in an unreasonably dirty state you will be charged an additional cost for cleaning
• Respect other tenants’ privacy by keeping noise to a minimum
• Any damage to the furniture or walls will be deducted from your Security Deposit

Accommodation Booking Policy:
• Minimum of 2 nights stay
• Minimum of 3 nights stay during High Season
• A $400.00 Deposit is required to secure your booking. After it has been officially accepted your deposit becomes the Security Bond (this is in addition to your accommodation cost)
• If all is in order, your Security Bond will be refunded to you within 2 business days after your departure
• The Deposit will NOT be refunded if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to you arrival.
• Weekly and Monthly rates available.

Please note, that if you are a party of more than 4 and would like to stay in the same location let us know as we have contact with another apartment in the same building.

Really enjoyed the apartment especially its location. Would have appreciated an extra bed but we made it work. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and there was no plug for the sink but they were the only major issues. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: fantastic location with trams on the doorstep and Flinders Street Station moments away. Most things are easily walkable. Communication with the apartment owner was good and the check in/out process was easy. Cons: if I'm being picky, the apartment is a little tired (beds aren't super comfy and the TV remote doesn't really work so well), but for a few days this is a great place to stay.

A lovely clean apartment with everything we needed and it doesn’t get much better than this for a central Melbourne location! With complimentary cool drinks in the fridge and prompt and responsive communication from the owners, I would highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Melbourne.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF SCAMS
We accidentally vacated this apartment with one of the 2 sets of keys they provided packed into the side pocket of my 6yo's back pack. I realised about 30 minutes after we had departed and immediately contacted the owner - sincerely apologising and advising they would be posted back (1st thing Monday Morning - and they were)! Next thing, there's an exorbitant an unauthorised charge, apparently for a set of replacement keys?? Be very very careful of Scams!!

Great apartment with free tram on doorstep. Also only a few minutes walk to flinders station. Had issue checking in as keys weren’t in lock box but owner came within 30 minutes to let us in. If in Melbourne again would definitely check to sue if apartment is available.

Central, clean & reasonably priced
Great location in Collins St, very close to main retail shopping areas and arcades. Given the central location the bedrooms were refreshingly quiet for sleeping our family of 4. All the facilities you could ever need for a self catering family and also close to local attractions and variety of eateries.
