The outdoor area boast a 4 burner Bbq and Alfresco Dining with a 10 seater table and outdoor lounge area.
The outdoor pool and spa is surrounded by a frameless glass fence.
The spacious outdoor area also adjoins a games room with stereo , pool table, flat screen TV and separate powder room.
This property has evaporative cooling and ducted heating throughout the whole house.
