Excellent Stay

This property is great! We felt relaxed and comfortable as if we were home. Seth and Heather (owners) are great communicators, and it was easy to check in and check out. We will definitely return and hopefully for a longer stay next time we're in Southern CA.

Relaxing Time in Redondo Beach

This property worked great for our family of 5. It had plenty of space, and the off-street parking was very convenient. The hosts wrote us a note during our stay to see if we needed anything. We also really appreciated that the check-out instructions did not include additional cleaning items like stripping the beds, starting a load of laundry, etc.

Property was high quality. Well appointed for day to day living…cooking, dining, relaxing. Great home base to operate out of … easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, freeway 10 minutes away. End unit good for small children that can sometimes get a little noisy. Enjoyed. Recommend.

House worked out great for us.

The house was very nice and perfect for our family. Heather was readily available and everything worked out great. The property is on a main street so can be a little noisy at times but that didn't bother us.There was quite a bit of food left in then refrigerator and I prefer an empty refrigerator in the homes that I rent. Other than that everything was great and we would rent again when we visit Redondo Beach.

perfect for a family weekend

Very well equipped house... it has everything you need, from bathroom goodies to kitchen spices. Heather was very easy to deal with, especially as this was a last-minute booking. The code entry to the door makes life very simple. The house is large and feels very spacious. As we were four adults and two children, the three-bedrooms were perfect. We went to and from the beautiful beach area using Uber, so that worked well too. Thank you Heather; you made our family weekend a huge success.

Relaxing, clean and home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though we were stressed out from having to be out of our own home for a few days. This truly felt like a home away from our own home . Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen and room for family and friends to unwind. Being so close to the beach we also ventured out to enjoy. This certainly will be a go to place In our archive of some of the best places we have stayed

A Peaceful and Comfortable Place to Be

This was a great place for five of us to stay while in town for a wedding. The layout is spacious and comfortable as well as attractively decorated. The living room, patio area is a fun place to chill, and we wished we had more time to do so during our short stay. With two bedrooms downstairs and the living area and master upstairs, we had plenty of privacy as well. We appreciated Heather's quick response to a query we had, and entry and coming and going was very easy. It's also a great location; you can quickly get to Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Torrance, as well as a lovely drive to Palos Verdes. There is a mall close by as well. While there, don't miss Walt's Seafood restaurant in Seal Beach and, a short walk down the sidewalk is a yummy bakery called Sweet Jill's, whose reputation preceded it at home in Las Vegas. Since I was the one who chose this house to stay in, I was relieved when we arrived and found it to be just as nice and even better than what we expected.

Great stay & wonderful host

We stayed at this property for a month this summer and it was terrific! We loved walking to the park with our son, the close proximity to shopping & the beach, and the house was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home.

Great communal space

Our stay was a bit unique in that we really only needed the space for the day. We had 10 people and they were all able to find parking fairly easily. We had catering brought in so we didn't need the dishes, but there were plenty to use. There are bathrooms and bedrooms everywhere! HA. It was great for our needs. The house does get a good breeze, but there is no AC and with temps in the 80's that day, the living room was a bit warm in the afternoon. Overall, a great space and we would book it again. This would be great for a group of friends or 2 families as there is a bedroom and private bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs.

Well equipped and roomy

Travel nurses 😊

Heather and seth are great landlords. They are extremely easy to reach and are always on the ball with our questions/concerns and area recommendations. Moving from ny they made us feel at home and very comfortable. The home is very well cared for, extremely comfortably and well decorated. It is very homey but also gives a beach feel with the large windows, high ceilings and outdoor patio equipped with a couch, chair, table and greenery. Having a washer/dryer in unit with an attached garage were two huge pluses to this listing. It is perfect location between the a variety of beaches, LAX or Long Beach airport, or if you wanted a more city feel in Santa Monica or downtown LA. I can't say enough about this listing! I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay on the south Bay Area. Thank you heather and seth!!

All you need if you are visiting South Bay Los Angeles!

We loved this house! Incredibly spacious with very high ceilings and windows everywhere letting the ocean breeze flow through. My fiance and I got to stay at this beautiful home for three weeks during the summer. It is gorgeous and modern while maintaining a very comfortable and homey feel. The master bedroom is huge and that doesn't include the large his and her bathroom that literally feels like you are walking into a private spa. The kitchen has all brand new and sleek appliances and the dining area features a long picnic style table that is perfect for entertaining or staying in for game night. This home is minutes from just about any of the beach cities you want to explore and the immediate surrounding area has tons of options for eating and shopping. By far, my favorite thing about this house was sitting in the furnished patio area up stairs and watching the sun set over the ocean. We already plan on booking it again this summer!!!!

Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful owners!

Heather and Seth are wonderful! They made our stay feel like home away from home. Their home is located in Redondo with easy access to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and the rest of LA. The entire house is extremely well cared for, super clean, well decorated and very homey. The family area was our favorite - huge extremely comfortable couch with big open widows and easy access to the outside deck/patio area. The patio area was delightful as well - great seating and decorations made for a great place to entertain and hangout in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay with easy access to the beaches, piers and near by malls.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Seth and Heather are amazing!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and provided everything we needed. I stayed in the house for 8 months, and ANYTHING we needed Heather and Seth were available to take care of any issues and or questions. The house is located in a great location; close to major highways and just minutes to the beach, shopping, night life, and other great locations in the LA area. I would recommend the house to anyone!

Beautiful Redondo Beach Gem

We stayed at this lovely townhouse for a few nights. Very comfortable and home-like, but still beautifully furnished. We loved the location and walking local piers and beaches. Found some great restaurants in the area, especially on the Hermosa Beach Pier. Owners are very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This home is especially perfect for long-term rental, but we enjoyed it for the few days we were there. Great shopping nearby. We'll definitely be back.
