Second Visit

The home is very comfortable and located right where you want to be. Close to shops, walking path to the beach and near golf and tennis. Thank you to Carla for easy check in and out process.

The best of Dana Point

This is one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed in. Very large, multiple rooms for relaxing, lovely outdoor areas and views. If you are a runner or walker, this location cannot be beat as it’s adjacent to the paved trail that goes to the beach (less than half a mile) or many miles inland. Highly recommend!!

Ideal location for family get together.

Lovely location overlooking golf course and close to all main attractions in Danna Point. I would highly recommend this home for a great vacation.

Executive retreat gem

We needed a well appointed comfortable and clean house to work on executive planning in a creative environment. The house checked all the boxes and the location with a 5 minute walk along the golf course to the beach provided the creative spark needed.

Great Family Home for a Wedding

We rented this home as we traveled into town for our daughter's wedding. It ended being the PERFECT rental and met all of our family's needs. It was clean, had great space for multiple families, and is close by to many great towns and attractions. It beat our expectations and I would recommend it. Already thinking of how I can come up with another trip to Southern CA so I can rent it again. :-)

Wedding in Dana Point

The house was wonderful. We had a total of 8 adult family members plus a 2 year old. The house is large/spacious allowing our large group to "spread out". The kitchen/family room area was outstanding for preparing meals together. Kitchen is well stocked with top of the line appliances. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to Dana Point and 10 minute drive to Laguna. Would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property great location

We had a wonderful time at this property which is well cared for, easy to live with plenty of space and within walking distance to the beach. Beach vacation

Property exceeded our expectations. Spacious and well appointed. Quiet location with relaxing views of the golf course. We enjoyed some competitive foosball matches in the upstairs game room. Short walk to the local shopping area and the beach (which was not overcrowded). Would recommend this property without hesitation and look forward to staying there again!

Beautiful Property Great Location

This is a beautiful property overlooking the Monarch Beach Golf Course in a small gated community. The layout of the home was perfect for my family that traveled to the Dana Point / Laguna Beach area for my son's wedding. The combined kitchen and living room with access to the patio area was great for us to hang out and re-connect. The location is a short drive to Dana Point's restaurants and shops. It is also within walking distance to a small shopping center with a grocery store, CVS and Starbucks. It is also only a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Beautiful at sunset. Communication with Carla was excellent and she was a great help in helping my daughter secure rentals of the necessaries that are needed for traveling with a 2 year and 6 months old. This was a great help.

Exceeded Expectations!

If this beautiful home was a pleasure and delight to stay in from the beginning to the end! The picturesque setting overlooking the golf course provided stunning sunrise and sunset views. We enjoyed using the walking paths to go to the beach and shops. The house was well cared for and well stocked. Carly, the manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful house for Beach Vacation

The house was beautiful and very spacious for a mid to large size family stay. It was well appointed with everything you might need! The master suite was amazing with a great bathroom and nice sunrise views! Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach and plenty of walking trails.

Home Away From Home

We needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks while our home was being repaired and remodeled. To our good fortune, we discovered the Monarch Beach Retreat. This property is very spacious, well appointed and the location is exceptional. If you enjoy beach community living, you will be 100% satisfied. The property manager, Carla Moore, insures a perfect experience and she is very attentive to any questions and or needs you may have. Wonderful Home!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this house for almost 2 months this Summer. The house is beautiful and the location and neighborhood cannot be beat. We walked to the beach everyday and looked out upon the beautiful golf course every morning and night. It was a luxury vacation. The property manager was very communicative and helpful our entire stay. We would highly recommend this vacation home!

We had a slab leak in our home and needed a place to stay during construction. We ran across Carla and this spacious clean home on the course within 10 minutes walk of the beach. Recent family holiday

Our adult family of 4 spent two delightful weeks at this house tucked away in a quite community. The photos are a true representation, everything worked and the house was spotless. Super convenient access to the trail which takes you one way to the stunning beach and the other to the shops. Carla was easy to deal with and always responded quickly to any queries we had.

Beautiful Seaside Mansion

Our family spent a luxurious weekend at this beautiful seaside mansion. The house was nicely decorated, providing a very spacious and relaxing feel. We can easily walk to the beach by going thru the underpass. The 4 rooms were well decorated with plenty of amenities. The gated community was covered with beautiful blooming flowers which we really enjoyed. Carla, the manager was excellent, responding to our every need in a timely fashion. Will definitely come back again.
