Luxury Lounging Apartment In The Heart Of Seminyak
Beautiful brand new modern apartment, with spacious outside lounge area and Jacuzzi. Just seconds away from the shopping strip, famous restaurants, beach and nightlife of Seminyak, Bali.
Very spacious, modern and new apartment in the heart of Seminyak, designed by a famous architect.
With a private outside lounge area (58m2!) and jacuzzi surrounded by luscious garden plants.
Just a short walk to the vibrant shopping and dining street of Seminyak. The ideal place to enjoy your time in Bali.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, safe deposit box, ceiling fan, free Wi-fi and serviced daily by friendly and competent staff.
Full free breakfast is served daily from 8.30-10.30 and airport transfers are included (with a minimum stay of 7 days).
Maximum occupancy for villa: 2-4 adults.
Total of 138m2 apartment on first floor.
There is the possibility to turn the couch in the living room into a bunk bed for the extra 2 persons.
Guest Access
Own private entrance with elevator and stairs to the 1st floor. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.
In front of the door there is space to park the scooter if needed.
Interaction with Guests
There is 24/7 staff present and our operation manager Maria is there for any questions, guidance or help. Maria will be available by call, and will be the main host in the villa.
