In the other direction, a 500 metre walk will take you to the Sorrento boat ramp, park, Hotel and only a little further to the Sorrento town centre.
Ideal for vacationing in all seasons, the home provides spacious accommodation for a large group or two families, who can each enjoy their own separate kitchen, living and dining space; a share of four bedrooms (sleeping up to 14 guests).

Relax on the undercover alfresco dining area as the sun sets over the golf course and lake with BBQ facilities and dining for 12 guests.

The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and cook top, kettle, toaster, microwave and full-size fridge/freezer.

The cottage living room entertainment offers a large flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Blu-ray DVD player, indoor dining for 10 guests and a library of DVDs, Books and Board Games available for guest use. The guest house living room entertainment offers a large flat screen TV with a Chromecast device which allows streaming of online music and video and indoor dining for 4 guests.

The two bathrooms include a separate shower, toilet, twin basins and hairdryers. There is also a separate toilet adjacent to the main living area.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and indoor clothes rack.

Off street secure undercover parking for two cars can be accessed via the service road off Point Nepean Road.

During busy periods and in the event that another booking has departed on your check-in day, your check in time may be 4pm.
Check Out Time- Check out time is 10am. Late check-out is available pending availability.
