Springle's Quiet Place 3 is hosted by Wayne and Michel Springle, especially Wayne. He is a very friendly and easy going person and goes out of his way to make you happy. I love listening to music especially the "oldies" and can do a little singing myself. I have my own Taxi Service and I enjoy meeting people and driving them around to the different historical sites and places of interest.

Why they chose this property

Tempe is an area that I fell in love with when I first went into there and when this property (LAND) was up for sale, I had no hesitation in buying it. The area is peaceful and quiet and relatively cool.
