From the ground level entry, there is a full staircase up to the main level on the second story. The main level is the living area with high ceilings that bring in great light, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 8 and has access to a patio with a gas grill and outdoor table that will seat 6. The third bedroom is located on this same level with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. It has its own full-size bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The den has a Queen sofa bed, ceiling fan, and 16-inch TV and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only.

Up a full flight of stairs is the third floor with the master and second bedrooms. The master has a King bed, ceiling fan, 26-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with Eastern views. The master bath is large and spacious with 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and 20-inch flat-screen TV (DVD only). This bedroom has its own full-size bath with a single vanity, sunken tub, and walk-in shower.

Down a flight of stairs from the entry is the garage and laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. There is street-side parking for one or two cars. This condo does not have garage access.
