Head upstairs to the second living room, where a sofa, bean bags, and a TV create the perfect space for movie marathons and board games.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a DeLonghi Eletta coffee machine—just bring your favourite beans for a barista-style morning brew. Enjoy casual breakfasts at the island bench, or share meals around the wooden dining table for eight. As evening falls, fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco feasts at the glass-top wicker dining table on the covered deck, while pets and kids play safely in the fully enclosed garden.

Wake up to waterfront scenery in the upstairs primary suite, featuring a king bed, ensuite and a private balcony, where wicker armchairs and a coffee table invite you to unwind with a glass of wine as the sunset paints the sky. Freshen up in the ensuite, complete with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity. Find three additional bedrooms downstairs for extra sleeping space. Settle into the second and third bedrooms, each with a king bed for a restful night after a long day. Let the kids or friends have their own space in the fourth bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Pamper yourself in the bathroom downstairs, featuring a rainfall shower and a deep soaking tub. Take advantage of the washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay for longer visits.

Play all day in the games room, where a dedicated play area for little ones, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and an arcade machine offer endless fun. Ride the provided bikes through the neighbourhood or enjoy year-round comfort with fully ducted air conditioning. Arrive easily with secure on-site parking.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $291. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
