This upscale newly built home is located in a private neighborhood of North Phoenix. Surrounded by the rugged desert mountains, there is easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, four bedroom/four and a half bath home.The main/master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, there is a mini master with a queen bed,its own bathroom,t.v and walk in shower.while the two remaining rooms are furnished with a king bed and a queen sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. There is also an additional living space furnished with a queen size sleeper and room to sleep up to two people. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with state of the art appliances, complete with dishes and utensils, and seating for ten. There is a comfortable open floor plan with room to spread out. Four large screen televisions with Direct TV are located in the living room and master bedroom,family room and back porch. Situated near I-17, there is quick access to Happy Valley and North Phoenix. Head 20 minutes east on Cafefree highway to reach Scottsdale, or you can head west on Carefree highway to Lake Pleasant. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf, shopping and many great restaurants located nearby. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the privacy of the resort style backyard with a solor heated pool and hot tub.Lots of outdoor seating and a fireplace for your evening enjoyment.Built in barbeque and bar area also.The pool does not have a fence around it, may not be suitable for small children.

Terrific stay!
House was beautiful with fantastic outdoor space. The pictures undersell just how nice the place is. Host was very attentive and communicative and checkin was seamless. Really enjoyed the stay!

This was the second time we stayed at this vacation rental and we hope to stay again. Four couples had plenty of room in this very comfortable, clean, well stocked home. We enjoyed sitting in the spacious backyard every evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a beautiful office in case anyone needs to get some work done. The home is located in close proximity to many stores and restaurants. It is also nearby some of the most beautiful hiking and kayaking that we have ever done. We are thankful to have come across this rental and we hope to come back for a visit again in the near future.

Kelly's house is amazing! Beautifully decorated, lots of room, very comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and paper supplies. It was close to everything and very easy to get to. Kelly was very responsive to any questions we had. More beautiful than the pictures. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!! Thanks Kelly for a great week away !!!

The Perfect Rental Home
Six of us had the best experience ever at this beautiful, clean, well equipped rental home. It is nicer in person than the photos reveal. Enough room for at least 10 people. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glassware, pots, pans, bakeware, a coffee pot, a toaster, etc... Beds are beyond comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom! Plenty of bed linen for all the beds. The gorgeous office came in handy, as 2 of us had to get some work done. The outdoor space is enormous, with all kinds of comfortable furniture, grill, huge pool, and hot tub. So many fun places to visit nearby. We rented e bikes at nearby Pedego Electric Bikes, Glendale/Peoria...highly recommend! Went for a nature walk at Cave Creek Regional Park. Visited so many cute shops and restaurants in the town of Cave Creek...Buffalo Chip Saloon, Stumblina's Cantina, El Encanto, Janey's (live music every evening). Close to so many fun places to visit! We were lucky to have come across this rental and hope to visit again someday.

Girlfriends Getaway
Desert View Village was the perfect accommodation for 4 girlfriends, each with our own bedroom and bathroom. Three out of the 4 bedrooms had a tv. Since we all prefer to have a tv in our room, a tv in the 2nd queen room would be ideal. The bathrooms were fully stocked with a generous amount of toiletries, Kleenex and toilet paper. The kitchen had all the essentials and more that you would expect to find in a house of this size. The backyard was an impressive oasis with a large pool, hot tub, firetable, desert landscaping, etc., plus citrus trees! I would suggest upgrading the property photos to more accurately depict how impressive this home really is. I didn't have high expectations for the home based on the current photos so I was pleasantly surprised that this home exceeded my expectations.

Good Location
We didnt have the warmest week in Phoenix but still had fun. The property was in a good location for local hiking. Very nice backyard setting. We could have used a heated pool but we still enjoyed the hot tub.

This was one of the nicest VRBO stays we have ever experienced! The home we stayed in was immaculate! The outdoor patio, pool, and hot tub are well designed and perfect for the Phoenix stay! Above all else, I want to give great thanks to Kelly for her generous cooperation and communication. She provided her assistance whenever needed. Dream Home for a Family Getaway
This home exceeded our expectations. We were there with our three adult children and their spouses. The setting and furniture inside and outside was perfect for gathering, together, yet also having your own couple space. The backyard oasis was stunning! We spent most of our time there, including all meals at the large table. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and large outdoor grill was complete with everything we needed, as we all love to cook. The owner added extra amenities around the house that made the stay even more comfortable. She also was very accommodating and quick to respond, when we had a question. Hiking was literally within walking distance. The area was quiet, yet had grocery stores and everything you'd need within three miles. Beautiful golf courses within a 15 minute drive, as well as a large outlet mall. We will be back! Thank you.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The property and host were great! Beautiful home with a great open floor plan! Prior to and arriving Kelly made sure we had settled comfortably and checked in with us to make sure check in was smooth and also provided great accommodations for our little one with a high chair and pack N play! The home was very warming and comfortable. We felt very safe as Kelly has cameras installed on the exterior of the home & a posted sticker near the front door, which is also clearly stated in the check in book. The pool and hot tub was awesome, each sliding door has a warning sign to watch children as the pool did not have a gate, which also was informed by Kelly to me prior to arriving. We really enjoyed our stay and reccomend it for families and friends! We will definitely book again in the future!

Worst nightmare of our life!!
Our family stayed in this VRBO listed property for 4 nights. We had a very bad experience staying at this property. 1. When we entered the house, we noticed very bad chemical odor. The kitchen counter tops were not cleaned properly (despite charging us separate cleaning fees) we had to wipe them with Clorox wipes. The kitchen utensils in the closet were quite dirty and covered with dust, practically unusable. We had to wash them thoroughly before using them, wasted so much of our time. 2. The powder room sink was clogged from day one, had a very bad smell. We called the owner Kelly and informed us about it, no steps were taken to fix it. 3. There were no safety net/fence around the pool. This was not informed to us or disclosed to us prior to our stay. There were small rocks literally sprinkled on the backyard patio and all over on the grass; it was too dangerous for small kids to play in the backyard from safety standpoint. 4. On December 24th, in the afternoon, suddenly the water supply to the property got cut off. We found out through their neighbor that the drainage/pipes for the property was broken and was leaking the water somewhere outside filling a large puddle of water. We called the owner Kelly, and she said she knew about this ongoing issue, and attempted to fix it recently before our stay. This was not disclosed to us prior to renting the property!! We called the owner requesting to resolve this issue since it was not possible for us to stay at the property with no water supply. The owner told us that she would make some calls. After waiting for 2-3 hours, we called her again, and she said she couldn’t find anybody to fix it. When we asked her about the solution to this situation, she told us to use the buckets of water from the pool and fill the toilet seat reservoir with that water to use that night so we could flush the toilet!! We asked her to refund the deposit for remaining two nights, call VRBO and request her to make alternate arrangements for our family. She refused to do so, asked us to call VRBO ourselves and deal with it!! On the Christmas eve, when we should be spending quality time with family, we spent 4-5 hours making several calls to the owner, VRBO, nearby hotels, and close relatives for help. 5. The owner was monitoring us via cameras mounted outdoors and indoor, imposing us on our privacy by sending neighbors. 6. Very uncomfortable, old mattresses 7. Didn't return our non-refundable deposit after the stay

Property had a great floor plan for our leadership to have privacy and still give us ample room to meet over our 2 day leadership meeting. Backyard with the pool and set up served us well with the grill and barbecue. Great property that we would look to use again.

North Carefree Home
We had three couples and the three bedrooms with en-suite bath worked great. We prefer to stay in and cook rather than eat out, and generally found the kitchen to be well supplied with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. We did have to buy a drip coffee pot as the Keurig was the only option. The hot tub was a little complicated but Kelly helped us work through the glitch and we enjoyed it. Hiking in the area is great, but we found ourselves driving a lot more than we wanted to baseball games and golf courses (other than Dove Valley and Rancho Mañana). Most golf in north Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek is very expensive (or not very good) this time of year. Kelly was very helpful and responsive. In hindsight, we probably should have gotten a place closer to The golf courses we wanted to play and to Salt River Stadium.

Great experience in a modern, spacious, and comfortable home
Great home located near shopping, restaurants, bars, and the I-17 highway. Easy to get to. Comfortable, spacious, and brand new. Excellent kitchen and great outdoor space with pool and hot tub. Hot tub and the propane fire table were great on the cool evenings. Kelly was accessible and helpful although we really had everything we needed at hand. We completely enjoyed our stay.
