So beautiful but with difficulties
This property is really nice with an excellent outlook and beautifully friendly neighbours and It was super clean. Trouble was more than several teens who did not reside there were using the private grounds for hanging out and skipping school. They took over the space with antisocial behaviour (loud music, swearing, leaving rubbish, breaking furniture, damaging plants jumping from the bridge and jetty). We called the real estate and we’re told the property manager would get back to us but we didn’t get a call back and we had to confront the group ourselves.. we notified real estate again by txt but never heard back. That’s why we have rated the area and communication poorly.
