This absolute beachfront two level apartment has no roads to cross. Just stroll through the dunes to the pristine golden beach. Panoramic 360 degree ocean and hinterland views from your own balcony and own private rooftop. Flagged controlled & safe beach located just outside the resort.

The apartment has modern furnishings and fittings. The gourmet kitchen is fully fitted out with dishwasher and microwave, as well as cuttlery and crockery.
The 2 bedrooms comprise a queen bed & 2 single beds, which comfortably sleeps 4. All linen is supplied. Free WIFI in unit.
A secured keyed underground carpark is available with lift access to the apartment.

Marcoola Beach Resort roof top apartment

We had a wonderful holiday . Ocean views from balcony and roof top spectacular . Resort is ideally placed for takeaway or dine in meals.

Very nice but needs updating of certain items.

Toilet roll holders were rusted and in need of replacement. Second bedroom blind was broken and the light at night from outside comes in. It needs a blockout curtain. Screen doors do not meet or lock. No breadboard.

Nice place but very dated, poorly maintained and should not be described as a penthouse

The area is lovely and the property nicely positioned. However, it should not be described as a penthouse as it is far from it. It is dated, and the level of maintenance could have been better. The frying pans were unacceptable and the light bulb in the lamp in the children's room did not work. Although it was priced at lower than similar (but larger) properties in the area, it was still overpriced, though everything seems to be these days.
