About this property
Manly Peninsular Holiday House
Manly Peninsular house is two houses next door suitable for a large group. The first photos are
of the renovated older house on the corner- whereas Sailors Rest is the second house displayed which is a high set house with the Captains Cabin.
Sailors Rest has the internet which next door is able to access wirelessly- so both houses have internet.
The rate displayed in this listing is for both houses.
Manly Peninsular has been renovated and offers the guests time at a sleepy part of Brisbane. Just off the esplanade and only 50metres to the areas best kept secret. Bathing in the river mouth at high tide, sipping a wine on the waters edge. Drive along esplanade to Manly or a stunning walk about 20 minutes to the village. Or jump on a train to the city. Easy access to the motorway to Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
10 min walk along esplanade to the Royal Queensland Yacht club make this a terrific location for sailors competing in the sailing events. Finishing touches for renovation will not quite be completed for Christmas, like new paint throughout so is being offered at a reduced rate. The large deck is taking all the time for the home renovator.
You have a double block to park your cars , fishing boats or trailers off the road. Manly Peninsular has a large deck which is private from the road where evenings are spent in the cool ocean breeze whille the bbq is cooking up a storm. Original Polished floors, very cool with opening louvres if needed.
At the end of Cobar st is a park, boat ramp and Manly Village is a 20 minute walk along the esplanade. Or jump on a train, Lota Station, and head to the city. Manly is where you can catch a boat to explore the islands and get out on the bay.
This house suits a familly needing space. This house is only available at certain times of the year as has permanent residents who store their belongings in the garage. This is a fully functional home and the owners trust you enjoy and respect their belongings.
This is a jewel in the crown out of our selection of houses as the location takes one back in time . Waking up on holiday in such a quiet area, cooled by the sea breezes is food for the mind and relaxes the body. Such a lovely location that you can't believe you are so close to the city.
