There are two queen size bedrooms with built-in robes and reverse cycle air-conditioning, the bathroom with separate bath and shower, gourmet kitchen with stone bench tops, an open plan lounge dining kitchen area, 2 balconies with stunning views and a Weber BBQ & a lockup car garage.

This unit is so close to everything. It is directly opposite Kings Beach & walking distance to Caloundra town centre, Bulcock Beach & Shelly Beach.

We like to use this unit ourselves so we have equipped it with the things that we like to have on a holiday. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything required to make nice home cooked meals, there is an Aldi Pod espresso coffee machine & the panty has all your basics.

Everything is quite modern there is super fast WiFi, Echo Show smart display/speaker, Smart TV has access streaming services and also has a USB input that supports most audio & video formats. We also have provided a DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

All you will need to bring is linen (sheets & towels). The bedding configuration is 1 queen & 2 singles. Or if you’d prefer we can organise linen through a linen service at a small charge. We have young children so there is a high chair, port-a-cot & bed rail already here.

Kings beach & Caloundra is an ideal spot for a family holiday. However, this unit would also be very comfortable for or one or two couples to get away for a nice relaxing week or long weekend.
