Convenient Location
The property is conveniently located to restaurants and the train into the city. The home is comfortable and clean. It does not have many amenities, so if you wish to cook, be prepared to buy all you need as far as staples. There are pots and pans, plates, silverware and mugs. The property owner is responsive.

Relaxing place to stay nice quiet neighbour hood. would benefit from more tea towels, a new oven with instructions,microwave dishes,lamps in lounge to lower lighting.

Very clean older home in good neighborhood.
Good location east of Melbourne. Clean home in good quiet neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to questions and arrived soon to answer minor questions. No garage or driveway parking, street only. The only odd thing, the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath were locked at arrival. Considering our party had 4 adults we needed the 2nd bath. As indicated above, the owner was quick to respond and unlocked that door. Appliances worked well. No clothes dryer but able to hang dry outside. Near 2 train stations. We would consider again if ever in the area.

A spacious house at a good price. Quite unique in its old fashioned design.
Needing a spacious house that accommodated my little dog and family this place was ideal. Located back from the road it was nice and quiet. All necessary facilities were provided although the basics such as cleaning products including dish washing tablets were missing. Frying pan was useless so had to buy my own given I was staying for a while. Empty condiments containers and no cooking oil provided. Abandoned car which was parked right out the front the whole time as annoying when parking. However good value for money.

Place was lovely and suited our needs. Lots of space to move around. Not the owners fault but some of the dishes in the cupboards were not clean and needed to be washed by us to use.

Beautiful House Cheap Appliances
The house itself was lovely although strangely laid out. One of the twin bedrooms had the en-suite but the master didn’t. The fridge wasn’t cold and as a result we had to throw out food as it only kept food cool not cold. The television only got channels ABC, SBS and channel 9 and the television in one of the other twin rooms didn’t work at all. The owner tried to fix with “bunny ears” which was never going to work in this digital age. The ducted heating was great however, the ducted cooling again didn’t work which lead to a couple of very uncomfortable nights . The location was great but I guess with regards to the property you get what you pay for. Wasn’t too impressed that when we left on the morning of 20th December at 8.20am (check-out was 9am) the owner was there waiting for us to leave.

Things needed to be changed
There was two power points in the kitchen that have come away from the wall before we came that is very dangerous no cleaning stuff for example broom mop and bucket and vacuum as we would have liked to clean up before we left also couldn’t Hurt having a clothes dryer Machine as the weather wasn’t great and it took two to three days to dry clothes or we had to leave the heater going in order to dry clothes. This house was not suitable for us as we needed an accessible house due to someone with a mobility issues with stairs there are two to enter this house. Thanks Coral
