You are sure to make this your new beach home away from home!

Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your balcony and wave to your family splashing in the outdoor pool. Located on the top floor of a three story structure (no elevator), you'll have no one above you and great views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and direct access to the ocean view balcony. The second bedroom holds both a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Flat screen TV's are in the living area and both bedrooms, and our condo includes free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have a washer & dryer in unit, and even beach essentials! Linens and towels are included. Just pack your toothbrush and a swimsuit!

Our unit is in the quaint Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The Seafarer location is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, providing plenty of opportunity for golf, shopping, dining & entertainment. We rent to responsible adults 25 or older. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets, trailers or motorcycles, per HOA standards.

Such a hidden gem

My family and I stayed here for our vacation and it was absolutely perfect! Such a great location and nice place. More than enough room, beautifully kept, and owners were so responsive. Would book it again in a heartbeat! Perfect location right on beach and most of the time only us and maybe one other couple/ family in the pool at a time. Highly recommend!

Relaxing North Murtle Vacation

We loved this property. The Seaferer complex is small and was almost empty all week, which we loved! So much nicer experience than large codos. It felt like staying at a beachfront house for fraction of the cost. So quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. Condo is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. My kids had a pool to themselves most of the time. Only couple of things that could be improved: condo could use a deep cleaning (there was a lot of dust on top of the fridge and cealing fans; doors and walls were not the cleanest). And stove top burners could be replaced as they are not level, which makes them hard to use. Also, keep in mind that this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Even better than listing

The listing does not do the property justice. If you are looking for a great condo with no frills of the property but want a great beach location with every amenity inside the room with a very responsive owner being clear with communication and instructions, this is it. Was absolutely perfect for our needs. Only thing a potential renter needs to be fully aware is there are flights of stairs as the property does not have an elevator which we knew and was fine but could be an issue for some. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great stay!

Overall this was a great stay. Nice location, not busy beach area, and the condo is quiet. The beds were comfortable, which is usually big for me! I was also impressed with everything they have in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the place looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a really long time. It was really dusty and the couch cushions had crumbs underneath them. I can tell it’s been cleaned mostly, but the blinds were missing a panel in the master bedroom right in front of the bed which made me kind of uncomfortable and the other blinds didn’t have the handle attached to open them. I would definitely stay here again, though.

Spring Break

The location is unbeatable for a quiet spring break vacation. The condo worked well for our family trip to North Myrtle. It's a nice perk to have a selection of beach chairs available in the condo. One less thing to pack.

Cozy and close to the beach.

We had an overall great experience here. It is right on the beach and close to barefoot landing. The owners communicated well with us and even notified me that we could check in sooner. They were kind enough to check in with me prior to approving me to make me aware that the space was small for the size of my family (6). In my opinion it was more than enough. It was a thoughtful gesture

Great family spot

We stayed here for a mini vacation while we moved our daughter into college. The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and Being able to sit on the deck and watch the waves was amazing. The beach is great and was not crowded. It was close to food, activities and shopping without it feeling touristy. Great vacation and we would definitely return.

Lots of room for a beach condo. Had chairs and sandtoys, beach towels, bathroom towels, washer/dryer in unit etc... Beach wasn't busy in front the condo, compared to further down the beach. Had a great stay!

Just What We Needed

Our week at this condo was wonderful. The location was great - proximity to Barefoot Landing and the outlets was good, and it's really quick and easy to get to the pool and the ocean (even with a 4 year old and a 10 month old in tow). It was so nice not to have to worry about packing towels, sheets and other necessities. We did need to bring items for our baby (pack n play, high chair, etc.) but that wasn't a big deal for us because we're used to doing so. The condo was comfortable and we found that it was stocked with everything we needed (plus some other items - like extra body wash, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. that others had shared). We hope the items we left behind are also useful to future beach-goers! Thanks for a great week away with my family.

Quiet getaway

We love this condo building. This unit is as advertised. No issues with the unit or the owners and correspondence. Unit has some updates. On third floor. Great view of ocean from balcony. We love north Myrtle and would in this unit again. The location of this condo is ideal that the beach is not overly crowded, and the pool is just the right size to enjoy. The pool is maintained well.

Good condo

Very convenient, smaller complex appealed to us after staying in larger complexes in North Myrtle over the years. Any messages or questions, the owner responded in a matter of minutes. The one small thing I would say is that the wifi is not overly fast and with a few rainy days could have used the streaming for kids... Everything in rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Great layout, good views of the ocean. Really enjoyed this unit!

Quiet location

Good location, beach wasn’t busy outside the condo. For as many condos there were around, it was a very quiet neighborhood. Parking super convenient, pool area is nice and clean. This is on the 3rd floor so we worked our “all you can eat” off daily! Hosts responded quickly to emails. Lots of room in condo for the 3 of us. I would recommend this property!

Great two week stay...

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks at the end of March, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building was very quiet as was the surrounding neighbourhood. The apartment has everything that we required, and we couldn't think of anything else that we needed. It took seconds to walk to the beach. Also, the apartment has a great view from the balcony. We would not hesitate to return to this apartment. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you.

Great Spot for a get away

I loved my stay here. It was a great location and short distance from attractions while still being a beachfront property. The owner made everything easy from providing beach chairs to recommending places to eat in Barefoot Landing. I would 100% stay here again.
