This beautiful, well equipped, luxurious apartment has a magnificent view of the beach. It has a large lounge and kitchen. The main bedroom also faces the beach with king bed, ensuite, and walk in wardrobe. Two other bedrooms one with King Bed or 2 singles, other with 2 single beds, both with large wardrobe space. There is another large bathroom with a bath and shower recess.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SELF CONTAINED APARTMENT NOT A SERVICED APARTMENT. LINEN PACKAGE IS SUPPLIED. The apartment is on the fifth floor. The apartment has a lift and security entry. The large decking has a 270% view overlooking the water to the mainland and to French Island. Walk downstairs and you are in the midst of the shopping centre and the main street of Cowes. The rooms are spacious and well set out. From this apartment you can enjoy everything at your doorstep.

About the host

I moved to Cowes in 1960 as a school girl. I attended Wonthaggi High School before doing my last year of school in Melbourne as a border at Kilbreda College , Mentone. After school I moved to Melbourne to work but still visited my parents on weekends. Eventually I married and had 3 sons. We all enjoyed coming down to Cowes. In 2008 when my husband and I retired we decided that we would buy an apartment in the best location on Phillip Island. This we believe we have.
Why they chose this property
We chose this apartment because of the view that we get from our decking. It has about a 260 degree view of the whole bay. We also thought that many people would be able to come and enjoy it like we do.
