Developed and designed in the 1800s by the Baroness de Pontalba, who was dubbed one of the most dynamic personalities in the city's history, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo highlights the authentic New Orleans character. We are centrally located, making it ideal for vacation renters looking to be apart of our beautiful city for a couple days. We are close to all of New Orleans attractions: Cafes, Restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street and upscale nightlife. Parking is available all around the neighborhood.

Great location for a long weekend

This property is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you need, but it is small. They say it sleeps 6 (2 on an air mattress) but we were 2 people and it was not a lot of space since the main living area of the apartment is very tiny. The second bedroom has a queen bed, but no windows - there is a closet but it has no shelves or hanging rod. The main living area only has a small loveseat and 2 hard back chairs to sit in, so you won't be hanging out in the apartment while you're there. The building is secure, the unit is quiet and has all of the necessities for your stay (towels, laundry, shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap, fantastic A/C, and the kitchen has enough of everything to cook basic meals). Very convenient to the Quarter, Uptown, etc. (try Evangeline next door for the oysters). Overall, a great rental for a long weekend if you plan to only use the unit to sleep in or have a quick meal.

Nice stay

Very convenient location in the French Quarter, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Parking situation can be a bit stressful, plan in advance for that.

French Quarter

My wife and I are frequent visitor's to the French Quarter. This was our first stay in this unit. The location was perfect for visiting the Quarter. You can easily walk everywhere. It's a peaceful place to retire after a busy day in New Orleans. Even during Mardi Gras it was a quiet place to get away from the action.

Family Girls Trip

This unit was perfect for us. Had to change dates because of hurricane. Tyrone and his crew were great! Always answered the phone when I called with questions. My mom couldn't climb steps so we were on the3rd floor right off the elevator. Super convenient.

Friends get away

The property was is an ideal location. In the middle of all the fun yet quiet. Nice new furnishings done very tastefully. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and recommend to friends. Only fault was some issues with the building keys and doors. The manager helped immediately with key fobs for us.
