a 80’s house from the past
little things were cute, eg fire, cleaned inside, well equiped. Gardens very over grown, ac didn’t work, only needs a good gardener

Close to beautiful Village
Location was great. House had everything would be good for family. We enjoyed our stay with our dog.

Poor Maintenance
Location to Samford Village was the best part of this accommodation. Beds were clean & comfortable, but have given it a poor rating, due to the lack of maintenance, eg... tap fittings, light fittings in desperate need of repair. No security as laundry window open due to washing machine drain hose & back door lock broken. All guttering blocked with leaves & the list goes on. Definitely not value for money.
