The Fernery Suite @ Pepperton is a stylishly furnished and modern one bedroom unit, just 3km from the township of Elmore.
An extra bed for a child can be added in the bedroom for a cost of $30 per night
The unit has a private entrance, ensuite, lounge area, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster and a relaxing garden dining area.

Located on a sheep farm in Central Victoria, guests are invited to experience rural life and visit the farm animals if they wish and/or simply enjoy the beautiful surrounding garden.
Continental breakfast provisions, as well as tea/coffee making facilities are available and all linen is supplied.

Elmore is ideally located midway between Bendigo and Echuca - it takes only half an hour to reach either of these historical regional cities. The Wine Regions of the Colbinabbin Range and Heathcote are also only a short drive away.

Pepperton is situated only 5 mins drive from the township of Elmore, which is home to charming galleries, a popular award winning bakery, cafe, take-aways, hotels serving high quality meals, butcher with award winning sausages, chemist, newsagent and IGA supermarket.

Guests there is a BBQ and garden sitting area available to you. You will be amazed by the open rural landscapes & stunning sunsets surrounding the property. Friendly Farmstay
Warm and inviting hosts who made us feel welcome and at home. We only stayed one night with our daughter on the way to the ski fields but still had a relaxing time. We even managed to come away with some fresh produce from the veggie patch.

We loved our stay the place was clean and beautifully decorated. Once we met the dogs, my son was mesmerized. I think he could have stayed for a week. Such a friendly couple were Roger and Di. Thanks for making our short stay so memorable. We are still talking about the farm experience.

Beautiful, peaceful stay
We had a lovely stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a gorgeous little sitting area with television and tea/coffee. There was a pod coffee maker, lovely china and a little fridge plus toaster and kettle. We loved sitting out in the beautiful garden in the evening and for our breakfast. Roger even brought us the morning papers! We were looked after very well and it was spotlessly clean.

Every comfort with lots of extra touches staying here. Surrounded by beautiful restful gardens right up to the door, and views over the fields beyond.
