Minnie Manor Minnie Water

A classic Minnie Water beach house. The open plan and large covered decks a great place to relax and entertain, with a parent's retreat to enjoy those spectacular sunrises, whale watching or viewing the dolphins at play.

Upstairs is a fantastic spot to escape from the kids, watch TV or watch the boat lights of a night whilst enjoying that evening wine, and the cool summer ocean breeze.

Downstairs is an open plan living, with dorm style sleeping at one end, lounge area with Smart TV, (b.y.o internet) DVD, & Stereo and dinning table.

Separate combined shower, toilet and laundry room and a large wrap around deck with gas BBQ (b.y.o gas bottle). Room for the boat and carport parking room for two cars.

Locality

Minnie Water is one of the smaller villages along the New South Wales coast.

It is a developer's holiday rest - no further development - EVER.

Coastal walks are varied in landscape and length. Ten minutes walk to Back Beach; 2 minutes to the headland; 5 minutes to the lagoon. Or perhaps 15 minutes down to the surf life saving beach and general store.

Wooli with its hotel and bowling club are 15 minutes drive; or duck down to the Wooli River mouth for fishing, swimming or canoeing up the river.

Fabulous family fun
This was a wonderful place for our large family to stay. Walking distance to the beach with stairs (or a quick drive😉) and a patrolled surf beach. Well loved house that was well-appointed and very clean. Looking forward to returning. Hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Thanks for the bait...didn't catch anything this time, but we mostly went swimming and bodyboarding because the water was so nice!

We all love staying that the Manor. Check-in is easy. Communication with Duncan is always pleasant and easy to get in touch with. Approx 10min walk to shop and beach. Lots of room to spread out and relax while listening to the beach at night. Can't wait to stay again.

My daughter's and I had a great time, the house is clean, very close to the beach and in quiet location. We loved the set up of all the beds downstairs. Great access to the town from the highway. We didn't need much else. Would be nice to have a supply of videos. Would stay again.

And that’s how we like it. Simple pleasures. Take one kid or five with us. Bring friends. Playing cards. Cooking together. Walking to the shop for coffee and the best spinach rolls in the world. Loved the new colour theme in the house and bedding!

Good price, plenty of room, but needs maintenance badly
We really enjoyed our stay, and found the property well equipped and comfortable. However, it badly needs maintenance, particularly relating to doors. The northern sliding doors won't stay on their tracks and the wooden doors can't be unlocked from the outside as the lock doesn't engage properly. The southern wooden door couldn't be locked or kept closed at all, and required a chair resting against it to keep it shut. The upstairs balcony door opened with difficulty, shut with great difficulty, and couldn't be reopened to retrieve the folding chairs. Otherwise, we had fun and really enjoy Minnie Water.

Absolutely love this place! This time I got to sleep upstairs with the kids staying downstairs and it was marvellous. Simple life but it brings much connection, joy, games, meals together. Will come again!
