This wonderful new construction sits just over 7 miles to downtown Portland. This villa was built and furnished with the perfect blend of style and comfort.

One the main level you will find a bright and open floor plan with high end finishes everywhere. The kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. Enjoy time together in the main living area that joins the kitchen with ample seating in stools, a dining table, and the living room just beyond. There are a number of large windows allowing for ample natural light. The living room also has a large 4k LED TV with integrated Roku streaming capability.

As you ascend upstairs you will find the master suite and two additional bedrooms. Each room is exquisitely appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds. The master suite has vaulted ceilings as well as a full tile shower with frame-less glass. In addition to the master bath there is another full bath to support the other two bedrooms. The other half bath is on the main level.

This Milwaukie Heights Villa sits just 10 houses down from the Southeast Park Avenue Max Station. If you choose to drive, you can be in downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, or Clackamas in less than 15 minutes. Book this incredible new property for your Pacific Northwest Portland state. Whether it be for work or pleasure, you won't find a better option in the area. There is an attached studio available for rent as well below. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

**Please note this Villa is above a studio unit. If you are interested in a little bit more space we invite you to take a look into booking the downstairs studio as well.**

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

The home is very nice and roomy. There were a couple of issues, such as a showerhead that wasn't working properly, a toilet paper dispenser that was hanging loose, a burned out light bulb and a loose hand towel hanger. The property manager was responsive and had the shower and toilet paper dispenser fixed fairly quickly. There is a noise detection system that doesn't seem to work properly and was sending me texts about excessive noise, but we were all in bed sleeping, so no idea what was going on with that. I reported it, so hopefully it will get taken care of. I would stay in this property again and recommend it to others as well.

Beautiful House

I had some questions before booking and questions after booking. Questions were answered in a timely manner. The house was very clean and beautiful. Check in was very easy. Only one car is allowed on the drive way and then one car in the middle for a first come first serve basis. And then there's street parking. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great comfort, perfect location for our needs

This was the perfect location for our family events over the course of our stay. The home was spacious and very comfortable for our family (my spouse and me, adult kids and my sister). The layout was great with open floor plan living spaces at main floor and bedrooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable! Communicating with property management was a breeze and they were always responsive. If we need to stay in the area again, I’ll choose this great, clean and comfortable location again for sure! Just a great space and experience all around.

Nice place. Best for adults and quiet, intimate gatherings. Road noise and wall sound conduction not ideal for rest and relaxation. Strict neighborhood noise ordinance not ideal for laughter and family gatherings.

A pleasant stay in Oregon.

Thank you for providing a nice welcoming home. This spacious house provided plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking is very tight, but there is reserved space for two cars at this location. Grocery stores are very close. Day trips quickly transported us to majestic landscapes.

Family Villa

My family and I came into town for my sister’s wedding. The property looked exactly as it was pictured and had everything we need. Unfortunately, the air was broken the entirety of our stay and couldn’t be fixed until the morning we left. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem but it was an abnormally hot weekend in Portland. However, even though the air was broken, the property managers were very helpful. They supplied extra fans for all of the rooms and even discounted our stay to make up for it. Overall we would stay here again!

Convenient access in sePortland/Milwaukie area

This is a newly constructed three-bedroom home in the town of Oak Grove, near Milwaukie and southeast Portland. It is walking distance from the Park Avenue MAX stop, so it is easy to get to the Portland and Milwaukie downtowns and to the greater Portland metro area. It's a short drive to grocery stores and other supplies. The home is very comfortable. The rooms are nice and large, with a lot of natural light. The kitchen is very functional. The home is also quiet with the windows closed, even though the property backs up onto the MAX line and a four-lane city street just beyond. The HVAC system kept the space plenty comfortable. We were there for a long stay and contacted the property manager about a couple of small items. They were responsive. This home is a two-story structure on top of a basement studio apartment with a separate entrance. We would return.

Wonderful Stay

My sister, niece, and I loved this place. It was clean, welcoming, and plenty of space for us. It was close to the train which we did take into Portland and spent the day. The property manager was super friendly and responsive. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Best Place So Far We've Stayed In Portland

By far the best property and location we've stayed in Portland. The property is great. Close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, fast food and gas. Parking isn't that bad, definitely a space for the unit and 1 extra. The unit is loaded with everything you need including great coffee, extra blankets, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo and body wash. 1 concern, if you are a lite sleeper bring your ear plugs as this beautiful property is off a busy 4 lane road and the metro is almost in the back yard. Not a deal breaker, definitely still worth the stay!!!

Comfortable family villa near Abernethy Center

My husband and I and our sons stayed here for for my oldest son’s wedding. It was very convenient to the Abernethy Center where the wedding took place. Food and groceries within about a 5 minute drive. It is right next to the Max train but it wasn’t noisy enough to disturb my sleep- and I don’t sleep that well. They could add some silverware in the kitchen- 4 place settings is not sufficient for a 3 bedroom unit. And the carpet and throw rugs seem to have a lot of stains for such a new property- probably time for a good steam cleaning. But a really nice place and we were very comfortable here. Would stay again.

Great condo

We stayed at this property over Christmas while visiting my brother and his family. It was a great place in a convenient location to my brothers house and the airport. We had one small issue with an unclean bathroom when we arrived. But that was quickly resolved without issue. Otherwise super clean, brand new place. Very nice place and would stay there again

Great Place for Family!

This is a beautiful property and very comfortable for our stay. Everything we needed was provided. There is a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road but the trade off is a convenient location with easy access to downtown and southeast Portland. Super clean and tastefully decorated. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

First off, the entire place is very modern and is incredibly clean. Upon entry, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine which was great. Overall, the stay was superb. The host was very responsive and was able to be reached at a moments notice. Would recommend to anyone else!

Bright, Clean, Modern

This space has such a lovely, open energy. Plenty of windows and mirrors fill the rooms with natural light. Everything was clean and comfortable. The property manager was both prompt and kind in all of their responses. We have a 4 and 2 year old who enjoyed watching the MAX train out the back window and also watching shows on either one of the huge TVs. There were a couple of puzzles and coloring books as well. The king in the master is set on a low bed frame which was perfect for fitting an adult and both kids without worrying if they rolled off the side :) I would definitely say it is geared toward adults and older kids. But we had no problems with having two littles there and would certainly stay again. Great house and location!!

So fresh and so clean, clean

This place was amazing to stay at! It has those modern vibes that make it very comfortable and classy. We had everything we needed there and questions we had immediately were answered right away via text. Only downside was probably the parking, but we eventually managed. We had a bridal party stay since the venue was in Oregon City. It was so nice with all the mirrors and natural lighting coming in comfortably from all areas of the house. As an out-of-towner I would love to come back to this place and enjoy all that it has to offer. Would highly recommend!

Family trip with seniors and children

Fun and modern

Beautifully modern and clean, photos are accurate, you’ll feel like you’re staying in a model home. Clever use of space, quiet neighborhood close to the tram and a nice neighborhood trail. Kitchen is nicely equipped and again, everything is nice, new, and clean. I would definitely rent this place again.

Clean house and perfect for 2 families

We were 2 families traveling to go around Portland area and the coast. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. There is a beautiful trail right behind the house that goes miles and that was fantastic. And the light rail station is literally a block away. Overall a very convenient location. Note: Parking can be a problem if you have 2 cars

Great Value

Home was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. It has quick access to Portland MAX as well to getting around. Owners did a great job of checking in with us, even though we didn't need anything. Would definitely stay here again.
