This is a gorgeous updated, beachy 2 bedroom Town Home Style Condo, with amazing views. The living room has a gulf view, 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, two cozy chairs, sofa sleeper, and a recliner! The dining table is a beachy wood look that compliments the whole downstairs. The kitchen is spacious and white, with tons of cabinetry and nice tile back splash. This condo is unique, in that the stairs open to the living room, creating an open floor plan and much larger feel. Upstairs in the guest room are two twin beds and a flat screen TV. Hall bath has a tiled shower. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV with a queen bed, full bathroom and beautiful custom built-in cabinetry. You will also find that this unit offers USB Outlets throughout for charging cell phones etc. as well as gamer cables for those who may want to take in some gaming time in the evenings. It even offers Coastline views from the master bedroom. This is a really nice, colorful, comfortable condo!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Pinnacle Port Condo A316

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hallways leading up to the unit were odorous and needs updating and deoderizing. Only 2 elevators were working during the week long stay. The pictures of the property did not do the condo justice. The angles of the pictures were deceptive, as the unit is smaller than appears in the photographs. The unit never cooled below 75 despite having all the blinds closed during the day. The 2nd bedroom is on the beachside, and the master bedroom overlooked the parking lot. The master shower and bathroom was small and outdated. The hallway bathroom has a much larger shower compared to the master bedroom. Watch your head going down the stairs from 2nd floor to 1st floor as you will hit your head on the ceiling as it is very low; I am average height for a male and still hit my head multiple times. The plus side is the condo is right on the beach with easy access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay. We were traveling with 3 teens and a grandma. The condo was perfect size with the pull out couch and twin beds. It was also great having 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the views from both balconies. The pool and snack bar were perfect and hopefully she will get her alcohol liscense and have bands in the deck. The location was perfect next to many restaurants and activities.

Reviewer Comments: The room was okay the biggest issue was the air was out the week before we got there and it took 5/7 days there for our room to get cold. It was miserable for the first few days. No discount or refund. The water was shut off daily and water pressure in the showers suck. Also if you have small children the pool in this tower is deep.

Rock hard tiny beds with no cold water...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: very clean and the views were tremendous the third floor was quite convenient, especially with the elevator issues over the weekend. The bad: getting anything but scalding hot water was next to impossible except for when the complex shut down the water for the day. If you have kids this is not the unit for you as they will burn themselves. It’s a known problem as the first line of the numerous instructions on the fridge is “hot water requires fine tuning”. The master bedroom is only a full and I’ve slept on rocks that were softer. With new soft beds and 21st century plumbing this would be a great unit.

Wonderful place !!!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well decorated. The view of the beach was spectacular very close. There are plenty of things to do and see around the hole resort. The only negative is the TV's work off the internet and you could not watch a hole show without it freezing up.
