Avon Lodge is the perfect homely spot to relax and unwind. The property is a comfortable stroll from the town centre, restaurants and some great walking tracks. Features include wildlife visits, good level access, the comforts of a cosy wood heater plus the convenience of reverse cycle air conditioning. The home is well equipped and includes a spacious living room, three generous size bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds and two king single beds in the 3rd, a spacious modern kitchen, two bathrooms plus a games room with table tennis table. Outside beautiful views are to be enjoyed while watching kangaroos and emus graze and enjoying a BBQ under the covered outdoor area.
