Abella is a large, stylish, well maintained property comprising of 4 bedroom home with 2 separate lounge areas (both with TV's), 2 bathrooms/toilets, in charismatic Croydon located on the Adelaide fringe. It's a mere ten minute walk to eclectic Queen Street and just as close to the train stations that will see you arrive in the centre of Adelaide in 10 minutes. 3 train stops to Adelaide Oval.

With 2 living areas, it is perfect for groups/families wanting private space and room to move. The kitchen has the modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. There is also a small laundry with front loading washing machine.

If you are driving, there is undercover/secure car parking for two vehicles with additional off street parking for another one or two vehicles

Bedroom configurations include
Bedroom 1 - 1 x king bed with own en-suite and built in wardrobes. (bed can be split into 2 x single beds)

Croydon stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danka’s place. Great position close to coffee shops for breakfast on Elizabeth Street and lovely playground for kids in the same area. Convenient to city and entertainment area . Danka is very accommodating with easy check in. Accommodation is comfortable and clean with everything you need for your stay.

The house was immaculately presented and provided excellent accommodation for 8. I wish we could have stayed in Adelaide longer to take full advantage of the property's facilities. Worth a return visit.

Ideal for the family
We have stayed in lots of holiday rentals, and this was one of the best. It was roomy and clean, with modern bathrooms and kitchen, and with a secure, dog-friendly yard and pleasant garden and outdoor space. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, with comfortable beds, two bathrooms and two living areas, both with TVs. Wifi was good. We appreciated extra touches, such as the hosts leaving the air-conditioning running for us so we arrived to a cool house on a scorching hot day, and the provision of some pantry items. The kitchen was admirably well equipped, with everything we could possibly need to self-cater for a week. There is a washing machine in the family bathroom, with soap powder provided, and a large clothes line in the yard. The location is about 10 minutes to the west of the City, and access to everything was fairly easy. It is a quiet suburban location, so a car is essential, and there is a secure carport at the side of the house. Shops and a train station are within 1km. Overall, a lovely, comfortable house we were very happy to call home for the week.

Fantastic ‘home away from home’
This home is very clean, comfortable and spacious! It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our dogs loved the lawned backyard and there was ample undercover parking. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Adelaide.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous suburb!!
My family stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights. It was immaculately clean and styled beautifully with everything we could possibly need and want. Our hosts were so helpful and generous with their local knowledge and offered helpful information to make our stay easy. We traveled with our baby granddaughter and the enclosed backyard was ideal for her to play safely. We will definitely be back when we next come to Adelaide.

The Best Stay in Adelaide!!!
Our stay in Adelaide was amazing! But it was made even better by Danka and her fantastic home in Croydon. Agnes, myself and our dog Sgt Pepper recently moved to Adelaide to take up new jobs. The transition was made so much easier thanks to Danka's well looked after home. She pulled out all the stops to ensure our stay was inviting, comfortable and relaxing. Danaka's fully furnished and trendy home came with all the expected creature comforts. Well stocked cupboards, a fully functional kitchen with all the odds and ends you could think of and essential cleaning and maintenance supplies. But Danka went above and beyond with a library full of the latest movies, detailed maps of the area and all the little things that you don't think of until you need it (like an umbrella). We had a wonderful time! The fully enclosed yard was great for our dog, the neighbours were polite and Croydon is a quiet suburb not far for Adelaide's CBD. The covered car park was great for our caravan and 4x4. I highly recommend staying here. Plenty of space for a family in a cozy nook of Adelaide.
