The entryway flows into the stylish dining area that boasts of a round, glass table with four cushioned, metal chairs. While New Smyrna Beach is known for its delish, ever-growing restaurant scene, you won't be able to resist spending at least one meal around the tastefully decorated table.

To the left of the dining area, you'll find the charming galley kitchen. The cream cabinets, dark decorative hardware, and white appliances create a cottage-like ambiance that will keep you lingering in the kitchen for more than snack time. Pour yourself a hot cup from the drip coffee maker and catch up with a loved one over a morning jolt at the breakfast table for two- it even has a drop leaf should you need extra room for accompanying desserts! If cooking is your love language, you'll find this kitchen fully stocked with the staples you need for any culinary endeavor; all that's needed are groceries and a creative mind.

On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
