LAVALLETTE, OCEAN BLOCK, OCEAN VIEW, 4 BEDROOM, 2 1/2 BATHS IMMACULATE AND GORGEOUS!!

We are just seconds, three houses from the ocean. We have a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom. Our home is even more beautiful than the photos, with 5 flat screen smart TVs, WiFi, high speed Internet, hand made rugs, custom interiors, 2 matching dish sets, in addition to plastic dishes for you to enjoy on our new magnificent patio furniture, new LG washer dryer, and a new Weber grill with lovely new utensils including a basting brush. Of course there are six beach badges, beach chairs, sand toys and a beach umbrella for you to enjoy.
Outside shower, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and heat.
We also offer off street parking.
We just closed on our Little Bit of Heaven April 14, 2016 and redecorated the entire house.
Lavallette was voted the third best town to live in. Your family will just love it there. There is crabbing, fishing, swimming, rides, water park, mini golf, aquarium, Seaside Point Pleasant, walks on the boardwalk, biking, and great family times with forever memories. We just love to fly kites in the evening.

There is also a back house that was just completely redone. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a sleeping loft with two twin beds. There is a lovely breakfast nook, full kitchen, full bath, an outside shower, 55 in flat screen smart TV. The back house is equally as beautiful and immaculate.

2025 WEEKLY RATES FOR FRONT HOUSE ARE:
May 3 through May 23 $2,450 per week
May 24 though June 20, $3,950 per week
June 21 through September 5 $5,950 per week
September 6 through September 12 $3,950 per week
September 13 through September 27 $2,950 per week

WINTER RENTAL FRONT HOUSE available October 1, 2025 through April 30 20265 $2,500.00 plus all utilities

WINTER RENTAL BACK HOUSE OCTOBER 2024 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2025 $1,650 PER MONTH PLUS ALL UTILITIES.

THE 2025 WEEKLY RATES FOR THE BACK HOUSE ARE:
May 3 through May 24 $1,350 .00 per week
May 24 through June 21, $1,850.00 per week
June 21 through September 6, $2,550.00 per week
September 6 through September 13, $1,850.00 per week
September 13 through September 27 $1,350.00 per week

Families only, no group rentals, maximum 9 people including children in the front home.

Beautiful, cozy, well appointed close to beach

A beautiful, cozy and well appointed home close to the beach. We were there over Christmastime and took a lovely winter walk on the beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped. Gracious and lovely host.

Great beach house with the PERFECT Location!!!

The location of the house was ideal! Close to the beach and most all stores and restaurants. House was very nice, very clean and the landlord was very pleasant. My family and I love Lavallette and would most likely consider renting this property again. Once again, a great time was had by all of us!
