Overlooking Kiama’s West End in the heart of town with all amenities close at hand.
Exceptionally fitted and finished three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with wrap around balcony. Spacious open plan layout.

Water views over Hindmarsh Park and down Terralong Street. Stroll to trains, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, Leagues Club, Kiama Seaside Markets and more.

We had a fantastic stay! Nin’s place had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to shops, lots of places to eat and beautiful beaches. There apartment was comfortable for 5 adults. The apartment was clean and collecting the keys from Nin was easy. I would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by our Sub Penthouse apartment. Spacious, clean, equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and location made it easy to navigate around Kiama !shopping centre

We had the best time at this property in Kiama. The location is so central, walking distance to anything you need. The apartment is light, spacious, clean and super comfortable. The Property Manager, Nin, was delightful and ensured our check-in process was easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Four friends enjoyed the time in Kiama in this Great property. Spacious with everything you need. Clise proximity to all restaurants, cafes and retail. We enjoyed browsing the lical markets and took a short trip out to Berry. The only downside was being close to Kiama Leagues Club was very noisiny late at night with patrons standing around outside the club fir extended period in the night/ early morning. The

Immaculate Apartment
The Apartment was great. Large, comfortable and had all the essentials. It was well located and very clean. It was an easy walk to the Blow Hole and harbour as well as all the local restaurants. Parking was secure with easy access. Nin was great to deal and communicate with. Our arrival and departure were very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this Apartment.

Fabulous accommodation in a great location
The apartment was clean and had a kitchen filled with appliances and cooking utensils. There was a BBQ on the balcony that was very clean and easy to use. Nin was very accommodating with check in and check out times and very easy to communicate with! The apartment was an easy walk to the supermarket and also an easy walk to shops, cafes, park, etc We would definitely stay again when we next visit Kiama! Thanks for a wonderful stay Nin!!

Modern Comfortable and Spacious Appartment
The apartment has modern decor and is spotlessly clean. It is spacious, very well equipped and has a marvellous outdoor space. It is well located almost in the centre of Kiama's shops, cafes and restaurants and is an easy walk to the main beach and the supermarket. Nin is a caring and helpful host and is easy to communicate with. We had a magical stay and would recommend this property for a holiday in Kiama.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, great location
Stayed for three nights, two couples, and found the apartment very comfortable. Quality furnishings and decorations, well equipped kitchen, generous size bathrooms. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and linen was clean. Would have liked soap provided in the bathroom for showering, and salt and pepper and a few platters in the kitchen. The booking process was efficient, the picking up of the keys and codes etc all provided by Nin - very helpful. And there was ample secure parking for our two cars. But, best of all is the location, right in the heart of town, within walking distance of the beach, the park, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Our girls getaway February
Great location where you can park the car and walk everywhere. Clean and tidy. Beds were very hard which was fine for me however a couple of our group do prefer a softer bed. The lift has issues......Nin was on hand to reset the lift which was great ....the lift malfunctioned 3 times that we were aware of in a weekend. One of our group had just had back surgery which made it harder for her to use the stairs.
