Florida paradise

We enjoyed our stay in Joanna's condo - Heritage Greens is in a good location for easy access to all that Naples has to offer. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed by Joanna. I highly recommend staying here!

Crestview Way 25’

Property is warm and welcoming. Location was perfect for us. We enjoyed watching golf daily and took advantage of the pool, work out room and pickleball courts. Sunsets are beautiful from the porch. The workout area is small and needs updating. You will find this community very friendly. The house could have been cleaner upon our arrival and the kitchen accessories could use a refresh. (Toaster, frying pan, complete set of measuring cups) Carpeting needs to be replaced throughout.Price seems high for this area. Overall a positive experience and an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Snow Bird 2020

We did our first ever snow bird vacation at Heritage Greens in January & February. What a great location to enjoy all the activities of golf, tennis, biking, 2 pools and the beach only 15 minutes away. The condo has a great view of the 10th fairway ,tennis courts and many beautiful sun sets.Joanna was great to work with and the condo is as advertised. Minor repairs were completed within 24 hrs by a local property manager. We enjoyed this location so much we are returning in 2021. Brian H

Excellent Stay and Wonderful Host

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time at Joanna's place. She is a wonderful and very helpful host. The condo is well supplied with everything you need and is conveniently located close to all of the attractions and restaurants in North Naples. We would highly recommend Joanna's place to anyone that is interested.

2nd year at heritage greens

Heritage greens is a very quiet community, gate is open during daylight hours to allow golfers access to the public course and closed at night. We used the crest view pool which was usually very quiet with lots of chairs and lounges available even when it is busy. There were no umbrellas at this pool however there are umbrellas at the main pool. By the way clubhouse restaurant has a great lunchtime restaurant. The beaches are about 12-15 minutes away and there are good local restaurants nearby (Gino’s and Zookies are 2 we really enjoyed) the condo is very large and comfortable. Neighbors on either side were wonderful and the owner is very easy to deal with and eager to ensure you enjoy your time in her place.

Great spot

This property is easy to get to from I-75; close to all amenities and very comfortable. While the gatehouse is not manned from 8am-8pm (to allow people access to the public golf course) we found the community of Heritage Greens to be very secure and quiet. Our pool was almost directly across from the property we rented and it was always easy to get a lounge chair! The beaches are about a 25 minute drive away but easy to get to. The condo is large; open-concept and very comfortable. We look forward to returning

It is a very nice, warm an inviting, community.

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was amazing. The Villa was a great place to welcome guests. We especially loved having the garage Joanna our host was very quick to respond to any questions and always very accommodating.

Spacious! Relaxing!

My wife and I stayed for 11 days in October, and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this unit. It has been updated with all new furnishings and appliances. Spacious, with wonderful views of excellent Arrowhead Golf Course from the breakfast nook and living room. If you like to go to the beach, this is an excellent choice. Easy to get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, and the beaches of Bonita Springs.

Gorgeous! Naples Magic

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything is brand new; new owners completely furnished it Love the golf course views even though we don't golf. Neighbors were friendly and quick to offer info about the area. Everyone seems so happy!
