You will love Park City! We are thrilled to be the owners of this townhome in the Payday Complex! We are located on the golf course within Old Town. The Silver Star ski lift, the Silver Star Cafe ( live music TH, FRI and SAT) and hiking trails are right across the street! The free shuttle is across the driveway and will get you to Main St. in about 5-7 minutes.
Park City is as wonderful in the summer and fall as it is in the winter (we just installed three ductless mini split air conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floors). There is just so much to do here! If you enjoy being outdoors or spending a day in a spa, there are activities galore! Check out the funicular transporting you to the St. Regis Hotel for a drink with an overlook of Deer Valley Resort. Or explore Sundance Resort just 45 minutes away. Another favorite is taking a drive on Utah's Scenic Byway and hike and picnic at Mirror Lake. I could go on and on...it's a beautiful destination!!
Oh...and we installed a new half bath on the third floor and just installed new flooring and carpet throughout!

First floor has an ensuite queen sized Master bedroom. There is a travel crib in the closet. Another full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub.
The second floor has a loft with two twin beds (the beds can be pushed together to form a king size bed) and an ensuite king sized master bedroom with balcony. There is also a twin tri-fold bed in the closet.
The third floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and one twin size bed. There is also a half bath.
In conclusion, in the town home there is one king-size, two queen-size, three twin-size, one twin-size tri-fold bed and a travel crib.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, condiments, etc.
The entrance to the condo is on the ground floor. The entire ground floor of the condo does not border any other units for maximum quiet and privacy.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Our rental rates are reasonable and are less than rates charged by commercial management companies.
*You may cancel your booking up to 60 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, we will immediately put the unit up for rent again. If we are successful in rebooking you will receive your entire deposit back. During Christmas week you may cancel 7 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the lifts are open at Park City or Deer Valley, (only applies December 25th through January 1st). For the rest of the year, cancellations must be requested in an email. If we are unable to rent the property, your deposit will be forfeited to us with the exception of the Security Deposit and the Cleaning Fee which will be returned to you. If additional required payments are not made 30 days prior to arrival, owners will send you a reminder. If we do not get a response from you within a couple of days, we will cancel this contract and retain all monies paid by you.
