This apartment is at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009 and located within the One Darling Harbour Building on the 12th floor, (formerly Grand Mercure Apartment complex) next door to the Ibis and Novatel Hotel.

Darling harbour has become Sydney's premier entertainment precinct offering world class restaurants that can satisfy everyone's taste, excellent shopping along with many famous attractions that include the Sydney Aquarium, Wildlife Life Sydney, LG Imax Theatre, Powerhouse Museum, Captain Cook Cruises, National Maritime Museum, Sydney's Fish Market, Sydney's Famous Paddy's Market, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and a 5 minute walk to The Star Casino.

One Darling Harbour Building is accessible by your own vehicle with complimentary secured Car parking , by ferry, or by the light rail.

This privately owned apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, harbour views, direct access to the balcony, flat screen 45 inch TV and own bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
Second bedroom features a queen size bed, harbour views, direct access to balcony, 38 inch flat screen TV and direct access to the main bathroom.

Main Bathroom features bath /shower and accommodates an integrated laundry for your access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering.

Main living area features a modern lounge with a 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD CD stereo, six seat dining table, harbour views, direct access to balcony and wireless internet.

The balcony has a six seat outdoor dining table where you can relax, enjoy a cool wine and admire one of the most magnificent views in Sydney. On Saturday night enjoy the fireworks display right in front of your apartment.

Guests are able to use the rooftop indoor heated swimming pool or full use of the gym, sauna and spa
Our minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period is one week (7) nights. POA over that period.

had the best time again at this beautiful centrally located unit. prime position for the New Years fireworks. The only thing i would have liked is a mop and bucket to mop the kitchen floor but that's the only thing, can't wait to return

Thanks Donna and Bruce for our lovely stay in your beautiful apartment. A safe building, attentive concierge service, and a spacious, meticulously clean and very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed both inside the apartment and the large, private balcony from which we could take in the spectacular views. Will definitely be coming back to stay when we are again in Sydney!

We and our family had a fantastic stay at your lovely apartment. So conveniently located close to shops, cafes and ferries. Views from apartment were unreal and the size of the patio was wonderful, so spacious. Free fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights right in front of apartment - brilliant. The photos of the apartment were extremely accurate and what you see is what you get. Pity about the shopping centre below having been demolished, as it had great shops and nightlife there. Hope they will rebuild another shopping centre. We would return to your apartment when next visiting Sydney. Thanks very much.

Very comfortable and welcoming, extremely well-equipped and homely. Pool and spa upstairs, and if you time it right there might even be a firework display! The kids loved it.

Secure Apartment with Great views
Fabulous property with a great view over Darling Harbor. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials and the beds very comfy. Lots of great food /restaurant choices around yet close enough to walk to Circular Quay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The location was perfect: view on the harbour with all the restaurants, the Saturday fireworks and close to amazing venues. The apartment itself is great with spacious rooms. The swimming pool and spa on the last floor are the perfect spots to finish the day while waiting for the food delivery!!

Too long between visits
We first stayed here in November 2017 when we had friends visiting from the UK. We enjoyed it so much we vowed to return but circumstances had prevented us from doing so until now. We weren't disappointed and it definitely won't be 5 years before our next visit. A spotless, well equipped and comfortable apartment with million dollar views over Darling Harbour. The perfect spot to watch the Saturday night fireworks!!!!!

Stunning views over Darling Habour and the city skyline accessed by huge balcony
Perfect location for access to all Sydney has to offer. The appartment was warm, comfortable and catered for every guest requirement. Having the seperate spaces for couples but a central shared space of kitchen, lounge and dinning area was perfect. The views are stunning at night with the most beautiful light display. Would highly recommend this property to any potential guests, the organisation and booking process was seamless and Donna's explanation and communication was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer!
