This is a fully furnished, comfortable, modern apartment with an open living kitchen and lounge with a sofa bed. It has a separate bedroom with queen sized bed, a bathroom with shower and enclosed laundry cupboard with a washer/drier.

It is ideal for a couple but can accommodate a further person using the sofa bed.
A substantial north facing balcony with an outdoor furniture suite, spans the entire apartment with a sweeping views through to Melbourne central business district, 17 kilometres away.
There are large televisions in both the lounge and bedroom and Foxtel is provided in the lounge. Free wireless NBN broadband is also provided.
The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning.
The apartment complex includes a 23 metre swimming pool with spa, a substantial gymnasium with all modern equipment and a sauna. All these facilities are free to guests.
On the ground floor you will find the cafe/restaurant, Loco South for your morning expresso and a small supermarket for groceries.
Only two kilometres to the east is the huge Southland Shopping Centre and two kilometres to the west is the beautiful Sandringham beach.
There are bus stops in front of the building that will take you to Southland in one direction and the beach and Sandringham train station in the other direction. Nepean highway is only two kilometres away if you are driving to the city or heading down the coast.

What a fantastic apartment, ideal for a couple. A huge balcony overlooking the treetops was a perfect place to sit.Fitted out with all you need and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. Will be staying again Location and facilities were top notchW
I stayed a week with my young daughter and we loved the well kept, very clean apartment, the pool on Level 1 (so lovely and warm) and the convenience of an IGA on ground floor. We’d definitely stay again.
The apartment was very nice. Deb had lots of nice things in the fridge and pantry. She was a big help checking us in. Apartment is a couple of km from the beach, close to Southlands and luna Park. It has a great cafe down stairs which is nice for breakfast.
Perfect location, lovely apartment, everything you need close at hand: cafe and store bottom floor, gym, pool, shops and restaurants close by, beach only a short walk away.
Beautiful view of Bayside and CBD in the distance from all the windows. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Melbs.
This property was definitely a home away from home. Was stocked with everything you could need, so homely and a great distance from everything. I would 110% stay again
Clean and well supplied with everything you might need. Great windows and balcony with wide view of Bayside up to CBD skyscrapers in the distance. I felt totally at home and comfortable and can't wait to return.

Debbie was very helpful and easy to deal with. The apartment was very good, well fitted out, with a large balcony with a distant view over the city. There was also the bonus of using the communal pool, jacuzzi and gym, with a nice little cafe on site. Will hope to return in the future.
Very modern apartment in a modern block. Large balcony looking to the north and the CBD. Located close to supermarkets and restaurants. Lots of extras such as towels and condiments and toiletries. Well set up. Would definitely stay here again. Has a slight glitch with the washing machine but Debbie was there within 30 minutes to sort it.
The location was perfect, close to beach, cafes and shopping. Great to have the use of pool and gym, onsite cafe and IGA. The apartment was sunny, very tidy with great views. Fantastic bed which made for great sleeps.
Absolutely fantastic stay, very comfortable and well equipped with unexpected extras. Lovely warm pool and spa and access to well equipped gym. Host was great communicate with and every accommodating. Great location with an excellent cafe on the 1st level serving the best coffee in the area. Added bonus with an on-site IGA. Only suggestion would be a small side table in the bedroom to leave IPad and book etc but didn’t impact overall stay. Would definitely recommend!
Had everything we needed. Property owners even provided a good supply of washing powder, dishwasher tabs and extra supplies of toilet rolls and bin bags; things which in other properties we’ve had to supply ourselves.
Property is on a good and regular bus route down to Sandringham where you can catch trains (about every 15 minutes) to Brighton Beach and Middle Brighton (both well worth visiting) as well as other towns and to the city. Using the MYKI card for buses, trams and trains it was easy to get around.
The apartments are well maintained and there’s an IGA store on the ground floor which, whilst more expensive than your supermarkets, is useful should you run out of supplies. There’s also an ALDI about a 15 minute walk up the road.
We had a problem with the lock on the front door but the property manager contacted us straight back and arranged for it to be fixed that night. Any queries we had were always speedily responded to.
We’ll definitely be back.
The property was great and of great quality
However that experience has been severely damaged by Stayz Plus Plus Plus policy where the price you agree to is bumped by compulsory ‘Holding Deposit’
Which they say will be refunded between 2 and 7 days after vacancy
I am still waiting to see any of that money 12 days after vacating

Amazing stay, very homely
Sandy Hills is an amazing place to stay. The pool, hot tub and gym are great, and the cafe and the IGA store downstairs are very handy. The apartment was very clean and very homely, the views of the city were great and the balcony is the perfect place for a late afternoon drink in the sun!

Clean, cool and lovely views!
Rented this for my parents who were visiting from overseas for a total of three weeks or so.
The parking is handy, with plenty of options for visitors. The complex has a cafe, swimming pool and gym and is not too far from Sandringham village and Southland shopping centre.
The apartment itself had a lovely balcony with views over to the city and not too noisy, considering it is close to the main road. It was comfortable and clean.
Great communication and prompt response from the owner which is always reassuring. Would use again and recommend to friends.
