About this property

This single level 4-bedroom home is ideal for the getaway that you are looking for and deserve!

Heaps of sunlight streams into this home via the large sliding doors on the front and back verandas. The home has raked ceilings, that give a great sense of open plan living.

Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a brand-new bathroom have been recently installed.

Brand New 65 Inch smart TV, Broadband internet access, Foxtel and Netflix access included.

A four-burner hooded BBQ is situated on the back pergola, just waiting for the steaks and sausages to arrive. Let the boys cook the BBQ and enjoy a beer while discussing the catch of the day., while the ladies chill out with a glass of wine and discuss the next shopping or beach visit.
A very large pergola has been built on the rear of the house, with an 8-seater table and chairs set, and a set of lounges with a nice coffee table, to relax in after a day surfing or fishing.

The home has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer periods and the winter months.

The home sleeps 8 Adults (also Bunk bed for 3 children)

Vertical blinds on all windows.

Pets are welcome but must stay outside, any mess left by pets will be deducted via the bond.

The home is situated across the road from a children's play area and has direct access to Lake Tabourie. The lake access can also entice the avid fisherman to the catch of the day.

A comfortable stay

There were plenty of beds, a comfortable communal space in a lovely, quiet location. One bathroom may and toilet may be a struggle for a bigger group but for us it was fine.

Lake Tabourie gem

My husband and I have just enjoyed a two night stay with three of our grandchildren. This four bedroom home was perfectly suited to our needs.There is ample seating both inside and outside. The cupboards are packed with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bowls, etc. Highly recommended.

A must needed holiday in perfect location and home

Me and my family 8 of us and our two little dogs , really enjoyed our stay , the host cater for all from kids , adults even pets . Enjoyed the space and surrounding and having wonderful dinners on the bbq . The house is clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't ask for a perfect holiday and giving the time to spend and made more memories with the kids and grandparents thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home . Definitely planning another trip to stay here again . Highly recommend thank you

Long weekend getaway

Stayed here for 3 nights with 8 people and 2 dogs, the house had plenty of space for everyone with lots of seating inside and outside. Has everything you need for a great holiday, only downside was there is no door lock on the bathroom/toilet so with haveing children you have to make sure everyone knocks first.

Great family summer vacation

We had our first family getaway with our 2 daughters, son-in-law and our beautiful grandchildren. The house and location had everything you could ask for. A lovely short walk down the street where we could fish, paddle board and canoe. Across the road was a small park that my grandson enjoyed. Beautiful memories were made and we are looking forward to going back again. Thanks Di for making this all possible.

Great spot, roomy house, could be cleaner

The location of the house was amazing, close to park, lakes, beaches and shops. It was also very roomy and the host was very accommodating. We did find we had re-wash most of the dishes before use, and felt it could have been cleaner in general but otherwise good spot.

Great house in a great spot

Really happy with this property! It had everything we needed for a long weekend away and Dianne made it really easy with the keys, wifi, instructions etc. The cooking supplies were great for things we’d forgotten and the Foxtel was great to watch on a rainy day. There was a little park across the road for our kids and a walkway behind the park to a jetty for fishing. Everything was close by, a good servo up the road had brekkie options and all the usual corner store stuff too. Overall a really great stay!

Long weekend getaway

The property was clean, well furnished with plenty of socialising space and equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. The little jetty to the lake is just across the road and it's no more than a 5 mins drive to the closest beach.

My family of 7 adults stayed for two nights. Great location, nice and quiet, the house was very accommodating and the beds nice and comfy. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time in the house is was everything we needed and was great that we could bring our dogs. Thank you very much Dianne

Quiet neighbourhood

Great quiet location. Great to take the paddle board straight across the road to the water. Beds were all very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to have all our meals at the house.

Great location, very quiet and will all the comforts of home. Close to the beautiful beaches.

Great house with everything you need. Probably wouldn’t recommend for groups as only one bathroom. But otherwise highly recommend.

I live in the Ilawarra area, south of Wollongong. I also work full time, and when work permits, I like to come down to the house and chill out with my pets, and visit some of the great coffee shops. My favourite is in Burrill Lake behind the IGA great food, also open for dinner in the evenings.

Why they chose this property

Quiet location , Kids play area across the road and 30 seconds walk to lake foreshore. Mogo Zoo just down the coast, lovely for kids, and adult friendly, mainly very level and elderley friendly they also have a great cafe. Whale watching cruises also available down the coast

The moment you walk into the house, it feels like home. All rooms have nice queen beds ,great entertaining area in the Pergola,opposite the house is a children's play area
