Spacious smart warehouse apartment
A spacious beautifully decorated apartment, with excellent amenities, a very well equipped kitchen and high standard of cleanliness. A great location for coffee/ breakfast cafes and tram into the city! Our host was very helpful, responded promptly to text messages and was very welcoming. We would definitely stay again if visiting Melbourne.

Perfect
I'd highly recommend this apartment to give you a taste of the real Melbourne. As per the other reviews the location gave us endless dining and bar options and Collingwood has so much more life to it than what you'd experience in the city or South Bank (that being said both of these are only a 20 min walk or short tram ride away). The accommodation itself is exceptionally well presented, very clean and clearly well looked after by Krina. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4.

Fantastic Apartment & Location!
We loved our stay at Krina's beautiful spacious apartment. It was very comfortable for the four of us (two couples) The location is fantastic, an easy walk to many amazing restaurants & bars in the local neighbourhood as well as easy access into the city. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to spend a night in. Proud Mary's directly across the road for our morning coffee was very handy & a short walk further up the street to South of Johnston recommended by Krina would have to be one of the best cafes in Melbourne for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The secure parking was also an added bonus. It was our first time staying in this part of Melbourne & we loved the vibe of the Collingwood/Fitzroy neighbourhood. You cant go wrong!

Lovely stay in Melbourne
The Collingwood apartment was a convenient and comfortable place for our family to stay while holidaying in Melbourne. 22 min walk to MCG & tennis stadiums, short tram ride to CBD, proximal to a great range of Smith St eating places and supermarkets. Beautifully-presented, and well-located apartment
We stayed at this property in JAN 2016. From booking the property, Krina was quick to respond to emails and communicated her instructions well. Krina and her husband met us at the property on New Years Day to give us a quick tour and both were lovely to speak to. Krina was also easily reached via text message if we needed. The apartment was very spacious (there were 4 of us and we did not feel at all cramped) and beautifully presented with industrial decor and a chic outfit that was very fitting of its Collingwood location. The apartment is in the perfect location with Smith, Gertrude, Brunswick and Johnson Streets located within a quick walking distance. It was very helpful to have parking on premise, and on-street parking for our 2nd car was easily obtained. We definitely recommend staying here and we will return when we find ourselves in Melbourne again. Thanks Krina!

Excellent choice in inner north!
My husband and I booked this lovely two-bedroom apartment for ourselves and another couple of friends who came from Noumea to join us for a week of inner-city living. It met our needs perfectly! The decor and furnishings were cosy, comfortable, chic and contemporary. It seemed to have been renovated last week, with every fitting and appliance appearing to be brand new. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room was fantastically spacious and light, with large windows running the length of the room, and the bathroom was beautifully appointed. The location could not have been better for our purposes. It is one block from funky Smith Street; immediately opposite Proud Mary Cafe (a Melbourne cafe icon); one block from the 86 tram to the city; and two blocks from the local Woolworths for food shopping - if you decide to cook at home rather than dine out at the many eateries in the neighbourhood. The owner, Krina, gave us a lovely welcome and excellent service. Strongly recommended!!

Undiscovered gem (photos don't do it justice)
I booked this apartment for the Real Madrid vs Man City game at the MCG (as well as the AFL game the following night) - so we could be in walking distance of the G and the CBD. Walking worked out perfectly as the roads were gridlocked with traffic from all directions. I was initially concerned with the lack of reviews however they were completely unfounded. This apartment is furnished impeccably and my family of five (two adults, three kids) were spoilt with Krina's hospitality and eye for detail. Smith Street is less than 50 metres away and we spent the week cherrypicking the best restaurants and cafes (here as well as Fitzroy/Collingwood, Carlton and the City). The area is safe yet vibrant. I can't think of anything negative except that Krina needs to get professional photos taken of the apartment. The ones here just doesn't do it justice.
