RESIDENT FACILITIES- The Body Corporate requires an OH&S induction to be completed before any access is given to facilities for all new residents. This is completed twice a week on Wednesday evenings 6.30pm and Saturday's around noon and can go for 2 hours. We only suggest completing this induction if you are here for a longer stay as it is not a simple process. Please let us know if you would like to participate as we have to book you in and is an additional $150 to join.
